    Our cutie pie Helen is just flourishing under your guidance Grandma - her skin, eyes,smile and comprehension and confidence have all improved-she is helping out but learning a lot. We love the cute way she says “yes” 🥰God Bless you and your husband.

    I have never eaten it in my life but I look forward to trying I will remember the name because it sounds like my name from my mother's tribe side ( Obong ) Grandma you will make Kemzy 👄 salivary when she sees this video in her college. 🤓😀 she will say she wishes she is there now eating this why grandma made this after she left 🤓😂

      No you can't roast or fry. This is the only and natural way God say we should eat it.
