My family and I had an awful experience at Look on 57th street. The customer service was awful! The Look in Dobbs Ferry is much better.

We're not willing to risk it at Dobbs Ferry. Our hearts belong to AMC and IPic, and we'll stick with what we love. Despite the hype around the new LOOK cinemas, they sadly didn't meet our expectations.
