Yo hamza you have changed my life. I’ve always been skinny’s, I transformed my physique and that just affected every area of my life. Started a UA-cam channel to track my progress and I’m passing on the motivation you gave me. Muah
Started cutting media, always worked out, now dieting, reading books, women have been treating me way better. Not joking seriously guys start journaling and write something down you must complete and all the little steps in-between no matter how small, and women have been throwing themselves in front of me, it's crazy it went from zero a month to 2-4 women granted some are repeats women a day, it went from 0 to 2 minimum a day talking and wanting my attention. Your life is what you make it.
A lot of young men now find themselves in workplaces which are dominated by women. Their superiors are often all female. They end up being undermined and having no masculine men to connect with (the only colleagues they may have are effeminate men). They get shouted at by their female bosses over trivial matters. This dynamic is often played out in TV shows (particularly BBC/ITV dramas). A lot of young men turn to alcohol, gambling, smoking, junk food and drugs as a means of dealing with the realities of the world we live in. They go home and drink several cans of beer every night. They go to the local Wetherspoons on the weekend and spend half their wage on the slot machines. TBH, I think this whole agenda runs deep and has many factors to it.
Watching these videos gives me a warm strong feeling. I am doing good. I am exercising and practising martial arts. Learning new things. Yes I haven't had a exciting vacation. I was raised by only a father my mother corrupted by alcoholism. I still had a hard time finding the man in me. But now I am finding him and I feel him coming closer everyday. Telling me I was never a loser just unfortunate but now bouncing back. I also really struggled with girls and other social situations since I am autistic. But it's improving becoming more confident. Thx Hazma
Hamza always spitting facts. As a young man, I look up to him as cheesy as that sounds. I'm working on getting out of my comfort zone but I got a long way to go. I want to be as masculine and Adonis as possible.
Growing up without a father since I was 5, I really relate to that feminine things. But, I think I have a good way of thinking. I want to live a simple but happy life in my farm, with my wife and my children. Thanks Hamza for opening our eyes!
I guess the biggest takeaway from Hamza's videos is for men to FORCE themselves into discomfort if changing is too difficult. You HAVE to make your enviroment less comfortable no matter what. We're caught in a bubble of technology addiction and unhealthy food and the only way to break out is to do the opposite of this "reality' we are trapped in. It will 100% fucking suck for the first few days, but is it really so bad to sacrifice those few days in exchange for something so much more rewarding?
Hamza, I'm constantly trying to build the image of a serious and masculine man in front of my friends but I constantly keep doing silly and cringey things I inmediatly regret like getting significantly more drunk than them when hanging out (throwing up included) and other things too. I try so hard to remain stoic and in control in front of them but I always fail and I feel so embarrased and just, intolerably regretfull for days afterwards. I know I should feel embarrased, but I also think i'm likely to be overthinking it and blowing it out of proportion. What do you think?
Dude, you don't need Hamza to answer this question. Read through what you just wrote. Stop drinking Alcohol and stop hanging around with people who make you hyper analytical of your behaviour. Understand that the reason you drink alcohol is partially because you hang around with them, and unless you stop, you won't stop.
if u want to be a masculine and serious men u need to do stuff that masculine and serious men do , that doesnt include getting drunk and throwing up bro . you shouldnt try hard to remain stoic and serious around them , you become that when you get serious about ur life
Don't drink to the point of being sick, find the limit you can get to without throwing up and stick to that. Make sure to eat lots of carbs beforehand (your body will absorb the alcohol slower). Feeling sick just feels horrible and takes away any fun you would've had from drinking anyway. Generally if you're a lightweight stick to low percentage drinks (cider), that way it's a lot easier to not get drunk too quickly
I love how you talk about Adonis makes him seem inhuman but everything he does could probably be achieved by a normal human man. This generation is soft everywhere. Surprised I haven't succumb to its softness. A lot of men haven't yet
I don't see anything wrong in playing videogames (or doing something you just enjoy for this matter) if you've worked hard or if you know you're on the right path. It's about knowing the balance, prioritizing your goals Anyway, I do agree on most things you said, and I'm glad that someone noticed those things and cared enough to encourage other men
It seems like only strong and weak men exist for Hamza. The reality is that 90% of us are somewhere in the middle. Playing videogames a few hours per week or eating sweets once per month doesn't make you a weak man if you work hard the rest of the time. The world is not black & white.
I think what Hamza is saying is that most people searching for self-help as young men don't do these things in moderation. They have little self control and are in a constant spiral of not being happy with their life, but unable to break free from their addictive habits.
I'm sick of seeing this shit, young men falling short on themselves because they believe the words of a bunch of politically correct emotionally driven fluffy irrational liars who don't even believe half of what they're saying but just pander to the masses to get that paycheque or reputation spike. It's time that we as men turn this shit around and reclaim our drive, our masculinity and purposes in life! I hope whoever reads this will help support my mission and help drive this campaign to make men strong again. Keep separating, keep elevating!
I dont have a father and i 1000% agree with you. My courage level has dropped down to -10 and its painful to live like think thinking you are a pusssy. If i have had a chance in my life to raise my courage now, i would’ve taken it right away. Now in my household i am the only man and i am directionless but i will not give up. This” will” may wither but it wont die.
From a woman’s perspective: I agree with the jist and I think the main message of your video! One of my questions I ask myself when dating is, “can I see this man to be a good father” not the necessary the father of my kids but just a good father for anyone. I have never met a guy that possesses those qualities that would make him a good Dad. Heck most men are jefferies that secretly hate women because they are insecure and project it back in harmful ways. I’m scared what would a jeffree teach his future daughter and how would genuinely feel and behave towards her especially when she hits puberty and starts reminding him of all the girls that would reject him. Fatherless children is an issue but equally so is having just having a shitty father - and that is in my opinion worse. Ladies, if he doesn’t fit the criteria of a good father than he probably doesn’t fit the criteria of a good man either… because so many of those qualities and traits are transferable. @Hamza I think you oversimplify what masculinity and femininity is (on purpose because that’s not the main message if each vid) but I would love to see your take on explaining it in depth. Because being masculine and saying it’s just about dominance can mean to some jefrees that it’s about always thinking with your ego and throwing your weight around and that femininity is just about the woman being submissive and able to take shit from the guy. Like being a yes man. 🚩 Courtney Ryan does an amazing job on it but I think it’s important for a male to explain it as well as it may resonate better with some audiences ( explain in a way that’s not harmful to the cause of course)!
Wonderful comment. I think you haven't seen some of Hamza's other videos where he has explained some traits of a masculine man and a feminine woman, it's kinda spread all over his channel in bits and pieces. I'll just tell you what I've learned from this man and the people around me. A Masculine man:- - Respects others and motivates them to move forward towards positivity. - Sacrifices his personal desires for the good of the people around him, Hamza calls it "Adonis's tribe". - Doesn't fall prey to the traps of feminism and the sickness it brings by making him a weak and a "nice guy" that no woman wants to date. - Works hard on his goals and never settles in life until his wife and children are fed well, even if he has to sacrifice everything for it. A Feminine woman:- - Respects others and motivates them to move forward towards positivity. - Doesn't fall prey to the traps of feminism and the sickness it brings by stealing motherhood from her. - Believes in the men around him and recognizes that motherhood is the greatest job on this damn planet. - Last but not least, respects the efforts of her man and doesn't settle for a Jeffery.
Eh,then about half of male population is effectively doomed because they were literally manufactured to be Jeffries so unless they get like a decade of hard work done, that is going to happen. But then they come quite late to dating and family thing so they will probably retract into anger out of frustration.
(serious question) Hamza, what's your take on the idea of this thought: Oh we don't need each other but we enjoy each other's company and we want to make build a wonderful life and a family together since we still biologically need each other (man & woman) to make children?
dude i fucking agree with you so much. men nowadays are weak and that leads to even more weak men becuase the strong man role model is thrown aside for the male feminist. Men need to be stronger not only for themselves but more importantly for the people that will depend on them. our fathers and grandfathers lived tough lives while we drown ouselves in short term comfort
Thankyou hamza I needed this today I've been having a sort of extestential crisis today asking myself why have I even been doing all these habits for 7 months now when I can just chase pleasure and comfort. I've been asking myself what's the point and thinking the better route is comfort. Seeing this today has redirected my mindset back to normal thankyou
Thank you Hamza. This video truly made me grateful for having a father. Go and talk with your fathers guys u will be grateful to gave them part of your life.
One of the women in my life literally just left my house a few minutes ago. She sees how dedicated I am to my UA-cam channel, my job, the gym, reading and learning, and all of the other habits I've picked up. Y'all the way she looks at me....you wouldn't be able to understand unless you've had it. When you become ruthless in your pursuit of becoming a strong, capable man, women will fall over when they see you. This girl literally struggles to maintain eye contact with me and starts to nervously giggle and blush. This is something I wouldn't have been able to experience if I kept fuckin around on League of Legends and visiting my favorite ebony section on the Hub. You don't have to be the absolute best man around. (although you should strive to be) All you have to do is cut out all the bullshit these boys around you do. Become the masculine man she desperately craves and she'll do anything to make you happy.
Self improvement is important no doubt but that doesn't mean you stop doing the things you love be it video games, movies or any form of content. What we must do is give time to our personal development as well as our hobbies equally. The problem with us today is that we've forgotten to keep things in moderation, it isn't right to be too indulgent in video games or any other activity be it fitness as well (Balance) is the only way we can lead good healthy lifes.

Your life is what you make it.
another great video from Hamza!
Amen brother you nailed it
A lot of young men now find themselves in workplaces which are dominated by women.
0:55 That's a nice pic together.
Thx Hazma
This amazing bro thanks
Hamza always spitting facts. As a young man, I look up to him as cheesy as that sounds. I'm working on getting out of my comfort zone but I got a long way to go.
I want to be as masculine and Adonis as possible.
Growing up without a father since I was 5, I really relate to that feminine things. But, I think I have a good way of thinking. I want to live a simple but happy life in my farm, with my wife and my children. Thanks Hamza for opening our eyes!
you changed my life and gave my a purpose. Thank you
Thank you Hamza!!
3:54 i'm sorry but i'm dead LMAO
I guess the biggest takeaway from Hamza's videos is for men to FORCE themselves into discomfort if changing is too difficult. You HAVE to make your enviroment less comfortable no matter what. We're caught in a bubble of technology addiction and unhealthy food and the only way to break out is to do the opposite of this "reality' we are trapped in. It will 100% fucking suck for the first few days, but is it really so bad to sacrifice those few days in exchange for something so much more rewarding?
I really needed this. Thank you brother💯
@@nubbz indeed
Get comfortable being uncomfortable m G's you will see how much better your life is..making more money, more attractive, and being useful.
Dude really improving and improving gives me so much inspiration 🤘
Such a good take
5:31 summarised
Understand that the reason you drink alcohol is partially because you hang around with them, and unless you stop, you won't stop.
i have the same problem but with random ppl from work or that i know bc i dont even have friends
if u want to be a masculine and serious men u need to do stuff that masculine and serious men do , that doesnt include getting drunk and throwing up bro . you shouldnt try hard to remain stoic and serious around them , you become that when you get serious about ur life
The most ‘alpha’ thing you can do is stop asking someone else how to live your life and be unapologetic for who you are
Don't drink to the point of being sick, find the limit you can get to without throwing up and stick to that. Make sure to eat lots of carbs beforehand (your body will absorb the alcohol slower). Feeling sick just feels horrible and takes away any fun you would've had from drinking anyway. Generally if you're a lightweight stick to low percentage drinks (cider), that way it's a lot easier to not get drunk too quickly
hamza these vids are frequent now, lovin the consistentsy
I'm Inspired. Road to super hardmode grindset
Slowly but surely i can feel that i have been more disciplined from watching Hamza. Thanks you Hamza😮💨
Strong men make good times, good times create weak men weak men create bad times and bad times create strong men.
I like ur old vids ❤️keep going like that 🙌
I think I didn't even realized how grateful I am for your videos
I love how you talk about Adonis makes him seem inhuman but everything he does could probably be achieved by a normal human man. This generation is soft everywhere. Surprised I haven't succumb to its softness.
A lot of men haven't yet
Ay we watch the same channel, lit lol
@@kaihenri8357 you seen me before? Cool

I don't see anything wrong in playing videogames (or doing something you just enjoy for this matter) if you've worked hard or if you know you're on the right path. It's about knowing the balance, prioritizing your goals
Anyway, I do agree on most things you said, and I'm glad that someone noticed those things and cared enough to encourage other men
You are giving honest advice .
Great video akhi
It seems like only strong and weak men exist for Hamza. The reality is that 90% of us are somewhere in the middle.
Playing videogames a few hours per week or eating sweets once per month doesn't make you a weak man if you work hard the rest of the time. The world is not black & white.
Finally someone
I think what Hamza is saying is that most people searching for self-help as young men don't do these things in moderation. They have little self control and are in a constant spiral of not being happy with their life, but unable to break free from their addictive habits.
Average is weak
@@ujan-pd6tz Average is average
@@ultracellez1989 Yeah exactly!
HAMZA U SAVED MY LIFE BRO THANK YOU
Your videos have become much better (higher quality)👍
0:33 - Look at Adonis' lady. Bahahahaha!
2:20 - Now see Adonis 13 coombs later. Bahahahahah!
Hamza a silent key savage.
Hamza keep up the good work
Damn I feel like the topic of this video can be extended to 3 hours talk. Still you said everything needed. Thank you
3:24 i see what you’re doing there hamza 😂
Courtney Ryan does an amazing job on it but I think it’s important for a male to explain it as well as it may resonate better with some audiences ( explain in a way that’s not harmful to the cause of course)!
Wonderful comment. I think you haven't seen some of Hamza's other videos where he has explained some traits of a masculine man and a feminine woman, it's kinda spread all over his channel in bits and pieces. I'll just tell you what I've learned from this man and the people around me.
A Masculine man:-
- Respects others and motivates them to move forward towards positivity.
A Feminine woman:-
- Respects others and motivates them to move forward towards positivity.
Wow, thank you you very much Hamza❤️🙏🏾. This encourages me to continue to go on the pursuit of reaching my full potential and living my purpose.
Complete and total facts

This may be one of your best videos, Hamza. Awesome job!
Great vid as always 👏
I can tell Hamza has invested more into his channel financially recently, the quality of the videos are improving every week.
(serious question) Hamza, what's your take on the idea of this thought: Oh we don't need each other but we enjoy each other's company and we want to make build a wonderful life and a family together since we still biologically need each other (man & woman) to make children?
i strongly agree with this one hamza
I love the sad Frogs used in these videos.
dude i fucking agree with you so much. men nowadays are weak and that leads to even more weak men becuase the strong man role model is thrown aside for the male feminist.
Keep it up bro.
I too visited the ebony section often on the hub 🤦🏻♂️💀ebony section on the hub bro
a few weird takes in the video, but yes i agree, weak men are the problem
i am the problem
I fuvking love you. Thank you hamza
Hamza's videos are always spot on man!
Pro tip, if you're getting stronger for women you're not getting stronger. Do it for yourself
Agreed
@@will-lloydkyere955 it’s all about balance
