Even the music from the darkness has beautiful sounds . I started to listen this song and instantly liked, the tempos, riffs was magic to my ears.
"Dead Again" is underrated. It's a notch above "Into the Unknown" and "9" imo.
Dead Again is a fantastic album. So many great songs. The Lady Who Cries is one of my favorite MF songs.
It's my favourite album aside from the classics from the 80's. The guitar riffs on this album are so damn good.
Mercyful Fate doesn't have a single bad album, though I think "Dead Again" is still their weakest. But I can definitely see why some would prefer it. Still a good album!

Merciful Fate and King Diamond is just a way more interesting, versital, and artistic sound than the all the rest of death metal. I can't actually listen too much of the rest, and at 52, I really shouldn't be listen to this music anymore, but it's still just damn good rock n' roll.....

I love the first two albums and then trailed off, tbh. But, I've come to realize that I now know the real reason Marillion broke up. The band couldn't handle Fish pulling double duty and Fish couldn't sing Kayleigh in the falsetto like he wanted to.
This is much better than King Diamond solo. The band sounds great.
