    I believe his hair is straight and his GF just goes wild for videos and styling but when you see him live it gets flat throughout the show

      You must’ve skipped the first 30-60 seconds of the video where I explain that this head is only going to get “almost there” since it came with bangs and doesn’t have the same texture as tim.

    Love it! Also do you think Tim did some kind of perm to help it curl that way?

    Might try flipping your shears upside down as if you were slide cutting on opposite side to cut down instead of up.

    So wait you don’t know what hair he’s got? He’s got straight Asian hair… seriously didn’t check him out before polyphia got big? Should have seen his hair when he was 18 dead straight Asian hair, he must curl his hair or put it in Bantu knots whilst sleeping so he gets the curls. Cause it’s definitely done before he steps out the door and it’s not natural enough for him to wake up like it. You can tell by the end of the curls and some curls are straight. He seems to layer a lot with the curls. Or maybe he wraps his hair with the polystyrene noodle after washing his hair which gives him that look? Dunno but honestly you tried and failed but always room for improvement buddy!

      It’s weird that you’re so offended I don’t know as much about your crush as you 😂 I just worked with the hair I had in front of me, like I do every day in the salon. And I mentioned in the first few minutes that I’ve never done this sort of cut before- you watched me learn it, buddy.

    How do I find a good barber? I've gone to so many and it always ends up sort of the same generic cut, idk

    • @andrewdoeshair
      @andrewdoeshair  Рік тому +3

      I’m not positive which method is 100% effective, but I think Yelp and Instagram are a good place to start, if you find a barbershop or salon account snoop around and find each account for every barber/stylist there and see if their work is good- and more importantly, if their work fits your own style and matches your tastes. Then (this isn’t always the case) typically if they’re wide open and you can walk in any time for a haircut that’s usually a bad sign, when someone is good there will almost always be a wait to get in with them. Again, not always true but generally speaking it’s kind of natural that someone doing gravest work will have a lot of people trying to book with them, and subsequently a longer wait. I’ll keep thinking about this, if I can figure out something useful I’ll make a video about it. Good luck with your search!

      @@andrewdoeshair Thanks I'm bad at planning ahead, so I do usually do walkins. What you say makes perfect sense, I need to be a little more deliberate about it.
