- Building our own house just by videocall, thx to Mum - she really took care of so many things. But thx to the power of our Thaifamily everything went well and when we arrived we found a wonderful and beautiful new home.

hi, did you have a builder do it or did you do yourself?, what is the overall size of the home and can you give a budget estimate of the cost to build?the house looks amazing and its great to see a home that is not built looking typical of other homes. Well done!
hi, we had only an office who professionalised my drawings and calculated all materials. we have 135 sqm and just the house is about 1.5-1.7 millions thb. including everything like kitchen and bathrooms and aircons.
Ok..thats a very good price.....so you buily it yourself using trades you found....is that right?
We built on our own with helo from whole village 😅 and bought all materials step by step on our own. we had a technician with us and his crew. without that it would have been 400k cheaper, but difficultwith all the wirings and watersystem and kinda stuff.
You have a beautiful house. Can I ask where you got the design and plans for this house. I am considering a very similar project.
