I have the red one ! It flys awesome! I always feel confident when I fly it .. people were saying the gear is weak , but I haven’t had any problems I love it !
I now have both, and I replace the Gear with Avanti struts... DEFINATELY WORTH IT!!

I have a few favorite EDFs, and this is definitely one of them. Not the most sophisticated jet but it's just solid fun to fly!

Bought the 90mm red version second hand some years ago. White and red I didn't like so I Repainted exactly as the new 70mm, but not the belly for better orientation. Later I bought the 70mm white and red (gray was out of stock) going to repaint in the Frecce Tricolori scheme (blue fuselage and silver belly) since their new plane will be the MB 346 (Yak and Aermacchi started to develope together a common plane but the two companies then had to split..). About this model, I am afraid the LG will be weak
Kinda cool airceaft! would love it if it was a 80mm. 70mm are a tad small for my taste. but that said it i sbeutifull!

Is anyone else bothered by glorifying the Russian air force currently involved in countless murders of Ukrainian civilians? These models could be made with markings of the polish air force who also flys these aircraft. I am curious if anyone else thinks motionrc is being grossly insensitive bringing out a new model from Russian air force at this time. Maybe I am overly sensitive due to some Ukrainian heritage, or having former business associates currently in harms way in Ukraine. I wonder, does Freewing have to pay royalties to Yakovlev to sell models of their aircraft? If so does Yak then pay taxes which end up paying for bombs to kill Ukrainians? Does anyone know?
i don’t think it’s too offensive it’s just a hobby we all love to do, if this is true wouldn’t all model airplanes be offensive including american aircraft’s ? best to just keep politics and hobbies separate and enjoy the amazing technology and how far it has came in a short amount of time hehehe happy flying brother!!
