She basically says stop doing everything that I’ve been doing , my hairs been growing though, but it’s simply not dense enough for the look I want no matter what products I use or how well I’ve looked after it it won’t get full. i want to wear my hair up sometimes but I can’t because my hairline is naturally so thin (even though it’s been looked after carefully these last 4-5 years), i was going to hide it by doing a middle part to cover it up but now just learned I can’t even do that. The maintenance with my hair is so costly and exhausting constantly having to keep it moisturised I feel like I have to moisturise my hair soooo much more than the average girl with similar hair to me because I have extra fine hair. and looks so flat and shit on my head honestly I give up I’m just gonna do closure wigs cba with it anymore (soz for the random rant Iol)

@@EishaTaylore ooooo.... Ok thank you bunches for responding so soon I really appreciate that cuz I've been lost on how to treat my hair for over 27 years .as I was watching your hair lol and that one curl hanging in the back 😁 I was like okay my hair length and look is very similar to yours .but I wear wigs often and never learned how to care for my own hair. My great-grandmother was a beautician and she was often do my hair and say wow this little girl has the finest hair.
She would often compare me to my other siblings who had more of a 4C grade ? So the truth is I grew up thinking something was wrong with my hair because it wasn't the majority of what I seen in the household growing up.
And although India Arie said in her song " I am not my hair" I have lived my life hiding my hair and causing unnecessary damage.
I wear wigs because I want to have a fuller look not necessarily longer. When you mentioned and show the tricks of how we can put our hair in a ponytail makes it look like we have Fuller hair I almost cried . Seriously ! And when you went into talking about how whatever we do to our hair will make it just look like we are babies ..totally understand that . Especially when you have a pretty face like yours and or round face lol
my hair texture even feels like baby hair and truth be told most men that have laid next to me ( i
Well did more than lay js 😁 ) but they felt my natural real hair they often asked me to continue wearing my natural hair and they ask why do I wear wigs ?
Men never seem to understand my insecurities about having what most call
"good hair" its super soft and fluffy to the touch. And low key lol I rub my fingers through my own hair at night to self soothing lol but then it's back to the wigs even to just go outside to the grocery store .
I can't wait till the day comes when I can actually know how to take care of my own hair and just really wear it and feel proud to wear it .
after all I am getting older and it's even getting more finer and more thinner cuz that's what happens as you age. so now I have to figure out ways to not only take care of it but also ways to strengthen it .
it has recently become dry and brittle and when I comb it it's a lot of dry hair that comes out.
it can lock very easily too. I mean as soon as I get out of the shower it dries really quick.
I've been asking my daughter what can I use . She tells me to stay away from protein ..?? And take a break from the wigs . Find a conditioner . A natural conditioner. She even suggest certain foods that I can make into a condition .
the truth is I don't see anything in the beauty supply and or stores that I can use because my hair is so damaged and brittle I think the best thing for me to do NOW is go to an actual professional and have them investigate so to speak LOL and scope out what I need and what I need to stop using or doing ! Please any suggestions will help!
You are very pretty btw ❤️

    • @EishaTaylore

That’s a great question! I honestly think it’s more so genetic but there might be! Maybe hair vitamins or special oils and scalp massages. Not sure though.

I wondering who told you, you had low density hair? I have fine low density and it is way less than what you have. One side of your hair would be all of mine. I would have said fine medium density. But your tips are good.

I appreciate your tips and agree with them. I just stumbled on your channel and watched a few videos. IMHO, I would consider your hair normal density. When I think low density I think a flatter twistout than this even with the style in your video and same product used to achieve it. Also, when parted you see more scalp than what yours looks like when parted and thinner twists even when you parted a big section. Again this is just my opinion but I wouldn’t consider you low density at all.

I'm just trying to understand just how MUCH hair do you want?
I see nothing low density about your hair! People with low density hair don't have enough hair to make a puff the way you are doing. It would still look low density. People with thinning hair cannot style their hair without their scalp showing. I see none of these examples in your case. Yes your hair is fine, but that doesn't mean thin. They are two different things. Educate yourself better first so that you may better educate others second
