I have fine hair and the one thing that absolutely changed my hair for the better is henna. My hair is waist length now and stronger than it’s ever been. The absolute best tip I received in my healthy hair journey was to wash and condition my hair in plaits.

As a fine natural, I also usually do larger cornrows/canerows...this helps a lot for sure! Also, I'm totally with you about wearing wigs for natural hair growth. This has really helped me grow and maintain my longer fine natural hair.

Amazing how easily you can cane row your own hair, I'm in awe! Fine hair/medium density here, nice to see more content from fine haired naturals. Three things I have been consistent with for the last five months are wearing a silk bonnet for bed, taking MSM supplement with vitamin C and plenty of water, and I now use Rhassoul clay instead of shampoo. What I notice is that my hair feels clean but not entirely stripped, I no longer see a bunch of tiny pieces of broken hair in the tub that I used to, my hair feels stronger. Thank you for the helpful video!

My fine HP medium density hair breaks off if the wind just changes direction! I've looked at wigs for P/S but again, any tension from wig caps/wigs will damage my super fine hairline, so it's just twists for me once a week - That, my hair loves. I C/W with As I Am JCBO Line.

Thin hair is determined by the density of all the hair strands, fine hair is determined by the diameter of the individual hair strand. It's possible to have thin, fine hair or medium density fine hair. Hair being fine has nothing to do with hair texture.
