Is this just a fun build to run in quick play? Or would you pick the faster ability regen for competitive as well? Or would you pick the classic karnstein, transversive or ophidian aspect over this build?
that isn't how eye of another world works. it's not three tiers of cooldown. it's got a logarithmic formula that scales cooldown reduction based on your ability cooldown, the longer your cooldown is before the reduction, the larger the cooldown reduction, the shorter your cooldown, the smaller the reduction. at 27 strength it brought my melee cooldown from 1:42 down to around a minute, but with tier 9 discipline it only brought my grenade to 46 from 58. basically if you're running eye of another world, you dont have to bother running discipline or strength, it lets you invest heavily in mobility resilience recovery and intellect without worrying about not being able to use your abilities.

TL DR
This exotic gives can make your stats 130.
100 discipline - 32 sec cd. 100 + eye = 26 sec cd grenade.
100 recovery - 41 sec cd. 100 + eye = 35 sec rift.
100 strength - 32 sec cd. 100 + eyes = 26 sec cd melee.
But if u have 70 stats it wont give you 100:
70 discipline (1.11) will give you 56 sec cd
70 recovery (0.59) will give you 45 sec cd
70 strength (0.45) will give you 36 sec cd
Should I main this instead of ophidian aspect? I main stasis
Depending your weapons it could be a better choice.
Wish they'd fix the marking weak targets, while leaving the rest of it as it is!!
