Account and contact we cant say that it have special relationship. Basically its a lookup relationship but its have enabled a property cascade delete because of it contact also get deleted. If we want to apply same on custom lookup relationship then we have enable that option while creating lookup field that is ''Delete this record also" . It requires some permission to visible this permission in field.

Hi, If we want to go with Junction object we should create 2 Master detail relationships with the parent as reference. But i am wondering why can't we go with the lookup relationship..?
in the example above:
if we create a lookup relationship of Student and Training objects that also satisfies the need of many to many relationship right? Here salesforce is not stopping us from establishing many to many relationship via Look up.
Could you please share more insight on this..?
