- Today I take a look at the Tier 10 premium heavy, the Nemesis MBT in @WorldofTanksModernArmor. The Nemesis is not a bad tank but it suffers from " Premium Tank Deficiency Syndrome", it's good but not as good as the competition around it; the Valor is the better tank.
The Nemesis base package is priced at 18,250 gold. That is a lot of money for a tank that just isn't good enough. Sorry, but this is a not one I would recommend.

The truth is that no pixel tank is worth 18K gold. But what discourages me the most is knowing that WG has no idea of the potential of the product they have in their hands.
Hello, Riki! I am a dedicated WW2 player, and I fully agree with your "non-WW2 player's" assessment of this tank... you nailed it, mate!
Even though I could afford to buy this thing, I have absolutely no desire to do so, regardless of its price point. It offers no real tactical advantage over any of the tanks already in my garage, and it's not even novel or "quirky" enough to entice me to buy it based on that. I don't like it; I don't need it; I don't want it... so I'm not gonna buy it!
I suppose that this was just another of WG's pathetically blatant money-grabs... sad, really.
But apparently, there are still plenty of wallet warriors and whales out there who are perfectly happy to reward WG's mediocrity with their own money, because I have seen several of these things in-game lately!
So, I wouldn't buy this tank, but I appreciate those who do, as I find that they make excellent targets!

I'm not gonna knock anyone buying this bc if anything the tank is balanced, I've play wot when it first came out and what's killed it is unbalanced op tanks since then, the biggest gripes should be those war hammer tanks that look like cartoons, that said wot prices are ridiculous
@@solidrockofjesuschristmini2423 I wasn't necessarily "knocking" those who spend money on the game. It's up to each individual to decide what to do with his/her own money. But I've seen LOTS of players throughout the years who open their wallets for anything and everything that WG offers. Many players have done so in a misguided belief that, "If I have the latest and greatest tanks, I'll be awesome in the game!" ... and several of them have lamented their decision publicly on various UA-cam channels.
But, the consensus among the best players in WOTC is that understanding of game mechanics and map knowledge is far more likely to make someone a good player, rather than simply throwing money at the game.
Also, the "cartoonish" Warhammer tanks aren't the only ones I dislike. Remember the G.I. Joe tanks? The Hot Wheels tanks? The pro wrestler tanks? Utterly ridiculous vehicles, and nothing more than a sweetheart licensing deal for WG to pad their pockets!
Good video Riki. Thank you for advice from another video “in CW, HE is your friend”. I suck in CW, but now using mostly HE totally boosted my damage, pen, destroyed, silver and XP. Even killed a couple FV4005s last night which typically always took me out.
Exactly! And by the way, HE and HESH rounds are also devastating against the Wiesel and Object 477A, as well! 👍✌️

I agree! But, there's one thing about "collectors" that I have never understood:
"Purchasing" a vehicle in this game doesn't really give you anything. You don't actually "own" it; you can't hold it in your hand or put it on a shelf, and WG can legally alter it or remove it from the game at any time, as the entire contents of the game is WG's property. (And no, WG does not "owe" you a refund. If you didn't actually read the Terms of Use before acknowledging your consent to abide by the agreement, that's your fault, not WG's!)
So, while buying every tank in the game may give a "collector" a warm, fuzzy feeling, I suspect that feeling is going to be something quite different when the game eventually (and inevitably) dies!
Soooo... what's the point? 🤷

you are right. I thought „well, it’s not as good as the Fv4211. But I will buy this Conquerer Mk2 for € 9,90- now cause I love the Conqu.“ But 18.250 Gold for this MBT? Never ever!
It's been brought up in other videos, but the tech tree FV4202 offers the same gameplay that the Nemesis is advertising, just better, with turret armor that works, no shot traps, and mobility.

I’m a Cold War player and to be honest I know basically nothing about ww2. But what I do know is that there has to be a better way to spend the money than on a game.
Would be a decent season pass reward. Not broken but not unplayable. I'd take that over a ruthless or an AVRE anyday
Problem is this tank doesn't do anything special, its just filler that nobody wanted. The chieftain, valour and super conq are all better vehicles which have the same playstyle and can do it better. WG market it as a hull down beast and fail to acknowledge the giant cupola on top.
There's a reason its a tier 8 on pc, there's no other tt or prem british tank that's like this at that tier. It just seems to me that wg wanted to inflate the price of there newest tank, so they just moved it to tier 10 so they can charge an arm and a leg without any thought what so ever.
Mediocre is the term I would use to describe it. Not bad, not great but just mediocre, however comes with a large price tag.

I don't know if it's a good comparison or not. But it looks like the charlemagne, seen to load like it and the gun hits like it.

This tank is lacklustre. That's the word you were looking for. Honestly this tank should have been a seasonal reward tank. Not 20k gold!
Yea that fits. After uploading I settled on 'Premium Tank Deficiency Syndrome'.
£55 I just got a takeaway for my family of 5 better than that tank to much to pay for.

I play it but my lack of up to date knowledge on the game mode means I am not informed enough to speak with any kind of authority on the subject.

It’s junk not even bull down defo not heavy. Every reviewer says how bad it is and definitely to expensive
It's balanced, which any real wot players know is an issue now days, the only thing wrong with this is the price point
Its a mid dollar tank.
