    Hii sirji me maharashtra se hu mera pahala event 5k 10k tha is sal me 3000m seetpalches karne vala hu u23 ko sirji muje mera 3000 km ka best time he 8.34 flat ka is sal steeplechase karne vala hu muje best workout program chahith sirji 8,40 tak bagjavu aisa 🙏🙏🙏

    Sir mane ek din 4*(800, 400,400, lgaea tha mane rest 1min lee thee or 2min poore set ke baad meri timing 800kee 2.20 avg 400m first ke 68 sec 400m 67 Or 20k long run mane liya tha 3.47 pace se sir ma kya 8.40 se down lga sakta hu 3000m flat yeh Sare workout track per kre ha 400m kee please 🙏 bta dee jee
