- This was the first morning shift I worked at Terres de Cafe! Took me a minute to get used to everything but had a super chilled morning working here.
A new vlog is on its way showing all the fun coffee spots I visited and some behind the scenes at this cafe... It's taken me absolutely ages to edit so if you know anyone who wants to work on projects like this then leave me a message below!
Enjoy the video!
0:14 "Is it 17.5g?" Other guy: "Yea exactly"... **doses 18 grams** 😂
It has a little delay 😅
I first saw your channel in january and now I managed to get a job as a barista. You inspired me so much
That’s epic! Congratulations 🥳🎉
This makes me want to be a barista so bad.
Do it 👀
WE MAKIN IT OUT OF ENGLAND WITH THIS ONE 🗣️🗣️🔥🔥
Great stuff mate! Getting closer and closer to 100K, nearly there!
So close! Thanks for the support!
What a dream setup!!!
What's dreamy about it ?
whats the 20mins espresso timer for?
this type of video helps me to focus on my study ahaha idk why
This is always so entertaining! btw, I've seen you are setting a timer and putting it on top of the empty plate that covers the cup of coffee. Can I ask why is that? Take care!
probably a timer before he throws it away, if another customer orders something where he can use the cup within the 20 minutes, he can make use of the already made shot. (Is my best guess)
It’s just so they don’t get wasted. Espresso stays just as good for a little while after it’s pulled
Could you make a video on how to adjust the grinder settings during the day, depending on the humidity and other factors? The coffee shop I work at doesn't have good consistency. We dial in only at the mornings, and usually don't time the shots during the day, cause we use pretty old la marzocco.
Generally you will need to grind finer as the day goes on. I’ve found that’s pretty consistently true.
Do you have a recipe that you work to? For example if you aim for 28-32 seconds and you dial in in the morning and it’s tasting great at 30 seconds, just time some of the shots now and then throughout the day and if it strays then adjust the grind to get it back to the target time. Do your scales have a timer on them?
We don't measure the yield every time like Connor does here in the video. We do have felicita timer, but it's Hella buggy
I can maybe make a video on what factors affect the extraction time throughout the day. I just find it to be completely random some times 😅
Mm coffee
👍👍🎉🎉
Being a barista sure is hard work.
It’s pretty chill tbh! Super fun though
Sir conor I am a barista seeking for a job abroad im currently live in philippines. I dont have any experience, it is possible to become barista there in your country sir?
I don’t own any businesses and can’t help with this I’m afraid sorry!

I’m not sure unfortunately! I was just there for 3 days and I don’t understand French
@@ConnorDoesCoffee What is the brand of whole mountain milk and where can I find it?
12:00 What are the shots that are set with timers ?
It’s so they can be used within that timeframe
