pro tip: you can watch series on flixzone. Been using them for watching loads of movies lately.
@Decker Jadiel Yea, been watching on Flixzone for since november myself =)
Thanks for the solid review! Actually just got my shipment in today (Paleo meal plan) and I was like you from the initial bite and was surprised out how tasty it was. I work out 4-5 times a week and follow a program called LIIFT4 but the diet wasn’t on point, but I feel having to not think about meal prepping and saving time that Trifecta will be a perfect pairing to get back on track with eating cleaner.
Are you still using.them?
I can’t do it. I haven’t done a full week. I’m not fat. I’m 240lbs. I’m 6 foot one-ish. Used to be 6 foot two. Generally awake and pushing myself through workouts, work on the farm, and the factory. With Trifecta I’m paying $340 after tax for four meals, five days. That is $1360 a month for UNDER 2000 calories a day. Four meals. Five days. Less than 2000 calories a day. Honestly I can’t remember the last time I was this hungry.
Just ordered - thanks for tips and review
Just got my package today and my meal 2 was surprisingly good right out the package it kinda looks ulpleset but don't let it fool you its good quality will definitely be using trifecta for my meal prep from now on
I got factor 75 meals will try these next. I'm living where I can't cook but want to get into shape so I want 3 to 4 companies I can flip with to keep it going.
Your face did not look like you enjoyed it…
He reviewed this at gunpoint wdym
Bravo sent me! Always interested in Trifecta as I watch MMA and some of the fighters use it. Almost moved to MDR, but decided on OC. Used to live in SD, probably the best.
They’re amazing. Been using them for every meal so far. Haven’t had an issue yet.
Yeah I would stay away from MDR at all costs. It’s worse than Venice at 2-3x the price.
It’s certainly more time consuming but, the shrimp meal taste much better heated in the oven or a skillet! Just depends on how much time you have available.
Yes! Omg I just recently been reheating the meals on a skillet, what a difference. It was already good microwaved, but definitely agree on the oven or skillet.
I was looking for a review, not a commercial.
It says sponsored video when it starts. Also, I only review things I recommend. At the end I give the pros and cons. It’s an honest sponsored review, not a commercial.
I think with Trifecta, the preferred method of warming your meal is to use a pan, the microwave would be my last option. Everything tastes better in a pan with some olive oil. I'm currently on Freshly, thinking about switching to Trifecta, pricey but all organics and Keto friendly.
That’s how I be cooking 🤣 I never use the microwave
Spot on. People are either to lazy or “to busy” to wash a skillet, plate and silverware.
@@HabitualButtonPusher or they have health issues and it is draining AF to do all those things!!!! Don't go making assumptions about people who use these services!!!!!!!!!
@@macmarles3243 go home karen
Microwaves are bad for you as well
I am thinking of trying this for a bit. I am a 50 yr old female and trying to slim down about 30 lbs. I weight 150 lbs and would like to be around 120 at my 5'5 height. I am tying to stick to keto and think the 7 day one meal a day plan could work for me if I do the OMAD diet and use one of these as my daily portioned meal and then intermittent fasting the rest of the day. If I need a 2nd meal I can always scramble some eggs with veggies and meat or make a pot of low carb soup for easy peasy. I work two jobs so this makes sense from a time and planning perspective and 7 meals a week would only be about $108 dollars and I easily spend more that that a week already on food I prepare myself because I like organic.
Sounds like a really good plan, as long as you're consistent you'll see the results! The keto option is great for low carb. Paleo does have some potatoes in it but not too many per meal to kick you out of ketosis.
Are you eating the clean meal prep ? And I notice you said that you are eating at least 3 to 4 meal per day how much or what is the quantity that you ordered.. if that make sense
It’s a yes for me!
How much calories did you consume a day from this meal service. If I need to consume 3200 calories a day how much is that going to cost me?
Way too much. Like I said towards the end of the video, this service is really for people who want to cut weight and don’t have time to cook.
You could potentially order 7 meals a week A LA CARTE (rice, chicken, etc) and use it as filler meals.
Or if there is 1 meal out of your day you always struggle to get in or prep, maybe use them for that.
btw, I think a lot of the claims they make are lies. They claim all organic, but you cannot verify this nor are there seals on anything. They also cannot confirm the meats are organic. I agree their macro profile is prob the best. Wonder how regulated these meal prep companies are. Did they pay you to do this vid? The food is def tasty for the macro profile you get. However, at ~$15 per meal (300-500 calories), it is not the best value and many many times more expensive than prepping on your own.
He mentioned how it’s cheaper to do it on your own halfway through the video? And if you can’t verify it’s organic then you can’t verify it’s not 🤷♂️
Yes, this is not an objective review, he has #ad in the title so this is more of a sponsorship than a breakdown of the pros and cons, since the company manually reviewed this video before allowing him to post it.
Your black tshirt is nice where did you get it from ?
I think that is from Zara, the fade is called oil wash.
Do you know a meal prepping service who cook based off your macros instead of picking foods that “may” be aligned to your macros? I would love it if there’s a service that allows one to input your macros then they’ll cook meals centered around that.
A personal chef lol. You would literally need a cook to cook for you specifically
You shouldn't have skipped the part when you opened the meal, had a hard time trying to open my first meal and I'm trying to see the proper way of opening them 😅
Haha! Yes it is pretty difficult, what I’ve been doing is using scissors to cut around it
I run the knife around the edge trim on the inside quickly and it's slices the top off like a lid.
I just slice through them with my high-quality Samurai sword available on the Trifecta website
People aren’t paying attention to the sodium content on these they are so high more than the recommended daily intake
Did u say only 104 kcal!!!!????
How many meals were in that big ass box?
I think 12 or 14
Trifecta isn't cheap at all . Very very expensive for what you get .
Yeah it is, the quality is great though.
Awesome review ! You eat fast I thought I was the only one
My worry about these prepared meals is the high sodium levels
I wouldn’t worry about sodium levels, eating these meals will help with all of that.
Exactly I held so much water I look so bloated when I ate these for 2 weeks straight. The sodium content is way high than the recommended daily intake
Which Trifecta meal plan did you use?
Paleo worked well for me. Keto option is another good one if you want lower carbs
@@askcoacheric How are they on cholesterol?
@@Taopuppy Paleo is pretty good, keto might be a little higher. If you're worried about cholesterol, I made a video on eggs that covers the cholesterol issue. ua-cam.com/video/qGS2eSDePeA/v-deo.html&ab_channel=EricBowling
@@askcoacheric How would you rate the clean meal plan? I’m trying to lose fat and gain muscle and that seems like the perfect one.
Heating up food in plastic is so terrible for you 😱
Why
$15 per MEAL!? what in the panda express naw im cool
For the algorithm
🙏
Oh, such a boy. Do not ever microwave fish or seafood. No no. Just heat it in a pan. I just ordered the keto meals. Going through cancer treatment and i just cant handle food prep. Hope its good!
DID U ORDER " KIDS MEAL" LOL
they wanted $350 for 21 meals yeah OK 😅 I rather go with icon meals and get it for $200
your background music needs to chill out
I removed all background music from newer videos
This is way out of a lot of people price range
It's expensive if you're calculating what it would cost to do the same thing yourself. I even said this towards the end of the video.
What you're paying for is convenience and time. A lot of people spend anywhere from 4-5 hours per week between grocery shopping, cooking, cleaning, weighing foods, etc.
What you're paying for is getting that time back to focus on other things.
If you have the time to do it yourself and don't mind, of course it is more cost effective.
What’s up with all the blabbing before the video starts hehe
Shrimps is bugs
Too expensive. It will cost me over a grand a month just to get my 2,000 calories per day. I can food prep a lot cheaper than that.
Thats why I said in the video if you have the ability to meal prep, it makes more sense to do that.
Oh wow a completely bought review, yes let me listen to this clown. The same clown that literally said we want most of our calories coming from proteins 😂
Completely "honest review ". (eyes rolling in my head) U didn't get anything huh!
Protein will ruin ya kidneys
Love the steroid model Trifecta uses to sell their product, the boxer who is super pumped and cut. Hilarious stuff but whatever it takes to sell to the fools.
Yeah they have a lot of sponsored athletes on gear.
This foo overhype
How so?
This entire video is just a plug. Pass.
