The Spirit will give you utterance, but if you keep your mouth shut, the Holy Ghost will not force you to speak in tongues even though the utterance is there. What he said is scriptural.

The whole church? and Paul said we should Desire the gift of prophesying more but he didn't say all must. And here the apostle is talking about tongues not prophesy

Groaning is different from speaking in tongues. The bible clearly states that you have no utterance when you groan Rom 8:26-27. However in speaking in tongues, you see the bible said THEY SPAKE as the spirit gave utterance Act 2:4, so THEY SPAKE NOT GOD SPAKE. Selah...

Speaking in tongue...can also be refers to groaning..because the spirit understands whats uttering or groaning his..groaning is an expression that the believer or the unbelievers might not understand except if God reveal it to his HOLY Apóstoles and prophets. Speaking in another language can be ..for example of what you gave on your teaching....it can be yoruba, Swahili..etc...And it can also be define as the word of God, because preaching the word is another language to the unbelievers.... very deep...thank God for revealing the mastery.
