This music is just something too special Lots of sounds can be interpreted as background noises - Explosions, certain beat that sounds like alarms striking in Arps, etc. Sounds like an entire war right there, which is EXACTLY what's happening between a mournful mother and a bunch of sentient monkeys
@@L-anatra that's fair ngl, it's defiantly different to the main game, but that's sorta why i liked it in the first place, it took it's combat system and applied it to a more 1v1 setting, rather than a big environment where running a way is an effective strategy.

I just thought of something. Maybe the reason Scavs are kinda mean to the hunter is because of their colour? Like they remembered the dark red one slaying their entire species and maybe they thought the hunter was Arti. Would probably make sense.

Hunter also has a scarred eye, just a different one than Arti's. Maybe stories of a red, scarred slugcat nearly eliminating them singlehandedly were passed down through generations of Scavs? It's also possible Hunter just got into a conflict with Scavs on the travel to the area but I think your theory sounds cooler

I find it really amusing that Videocult actually decided to integrate a boss battle into Rain World. Like, fighting the Chieftain Scavenger is cool asf, but it really shows how the combat system is NOT meant to be utilized in that way. One slip up and you’re dead. Usually boss fights are more lenient. I’m not saying I don’t enjoy it, it’s just kind of funny. I struggled to kill the Chieftain and died around nine times, only for my 10th to be a breeze because a bunch of bombs spawned in the room and I just kinda… mindlessly chucked them at him until he died. It was laughably easy. We love Rain World combat
So true hahaaha Cant forget how chieften scav stats are randomized for my luck I got stupidly Powerful one I know I could remove all Spears and cheese it but I wanted to do it in normal way after 2h~ of attempt and hardcore trying I did it... However the the run I killed the scav chieften was so pathetic like we were Super close to each other and I spammed grab+throw for literal seconds and chieften run out of shield+died already it got me really confused but all the struggling made the ending much more satisfying

Artificer's campaign made me hate scavengers, world and artificer herself (for being overpowered for no reason and at same time not fun to play as). Cool music and Metropolis design, but this is where positives stops. Gameplay wise it's pure hatred
