The Mountain Biking Channel yo Calgary is in Sardinia Italian island and I went there for summer holiday 2 years in a row but now this year 3 years ( or Calgary Canada XD )
See there's two things to consider. One, if you go about 2mph it's really not too hard to go down it, plus there's really no obstacles. But also, did you hear him toss in that causal "if they can handle a blue Whistler trail"

I’ve never done what he’s doing before but I feel like it’s pretty similar to trail riding on dirt bikes which I’ve grown up doing. It’s one of those things that once you’ve done it enough you’re completely comfortable doing it and just have fun with it instead of thinking about the dangers and being scared
when I was 12 years old and I loved that place I went there with my dad and it was so epic and amazing and I didn’t go on the exact trail you’re on but it was so fun

I have come back here to just say thank you. I had been on a mountain biking trip and I didn't really think much of it until 6 months later when I found this video. After watching this video, my life changed just because I told myself one day, I will get there and ride that track (I had no idea where this was at the time). Ever since then I have been riding nearly everyday just improving my skills and getting better. After about a year of riding, I can say that it is one of the best things to have ever happened to me.
wow, this was so awesome. I've been inactive for years now. I decided I was truly tired of being exhausted and unfit, so I got on exercise bike in my closet and watched this video and another, and for the first time, I peddled the entire time without stopping. I used my bike for online spinning classes, which I loathe, but this is the new thing for me now, thanks to this video!!!!
I go to Whistler every year when it's winter, and I love skiing this track! I also do a week of ski school (level 5) and I love the tree fort it's so much fun!

I wish I wasn't afraid of mountain biking. I don't know why but I always feel like the bike is going to slip from underneath me whenever I go on those sharp turns and those crazy fast Hills. Is it just me?

I wish I wasn't afraid of mountain biking. I don't know why but I always feel like the bike is going to slip from underneath me whenever I go on those sharp turns and those crazy fast Hills. Is it just me?
just practice a lot and you will get the confidence, i was always good at riding but i used this strategy for skateboarding

I used to be half way suicidal on my bikes as a kid.. now 20+ years later just getting my feet wet a bit on Mt. biking again.. training up hill and exhilarating downhill is what I'm looking for.. This channel is inspiring me..

I love Silverstar! I usually make it out there at least once every year but haven't been able to make it happen yet. Hopefully in August though.

I rode park for the first time last week and again this week I had no idea how bad braking bumps really were until now and even just hearing you hit some of those at that speed makes me cringe

Any tips for managing braking bumps without feeling like every joint in your hands has arthritis x 10? I tried relaxing my grip today but it still wasn't quite enough.

the only trick is to stay away from the trails with the most braking bumps, the braking bumps are results of lots of riders and rain drying up
