- Another amazing run out at Showtime Dragstrip 8th Mile! First clip from our Street Warz meet from this past weekend (TONS more footage to come).
Been wanting to run a new Accord 2.0T with the 10 Speed for some time, and finally found one and got it set up. Result was about what I expected, with a narrow win for the Genesis. Quick bonus clip after of a quick pull we did vs a buddy's 2014 Cadillac ATS 2.0T 6 Speed just to see how they both stack up.

Good runs man! My girl has 2019 Accord Sport. These cars are underrated by about 20-30 hp/tq. Plus they only weigh about 3300 lbs. Looks like it would beat that ATS as well, even though the Caddy has more advertised power and similar weight. Her Accord puts up a good fight against my 2018 V6 Camaro too. Keep up the good work bro!
Hey thanks bro yes you are spot on with everything you said! Very underrated car. 10 speed is a killer to. Caddy is a 6 speed. New V6 Camaro with the 10AT and 335hp may as well be a 2010 SS haha. Thanks for watching bro stay tuned!
@@motortoys9942 Believe it or not the A10 V6 Camaro V6 really isn't any faster than the A8. The fist several gears are spaced very similar. Regardless, it's great being unsuspecting isn't it lol? When you think of a V6 Camaro or Mustang, or a older 4.6 Genesis, you really don't expect much, so it's great when you can surprise them. I recently ran my buddy's full bolt on and tuned 2004 Mach 1 (minus headers) and we were basically dead even. We were both surprised considering I have maybe 5-10 hp over stock myself

The 2.0 accords are monsters I feel the only thing that lacks on them are the crap tires those things spin like crazy.
Yes they are! Underrated HP and the 10 speed is a killer. Yeah this guy put better tires on (as I did with my car) and I'm pretty sure both still spun 😂

@@motortoys9942 I love it! It is a great channel. I am hooked lol. I am running 8.9 consistently with my 2020 Edge ST. I think I could beat that with some cooler weather. I hope to run again when our track re-opens every thursday. Covid has hindered that in California.

My guess, is the Edge will have the "edge" for a dig race and the Genesis the advantage on the roll. Haha but either way driver's race. Wish you were closer those would be some great vids! California oof. Yeah, sucks out there right now but we will all get through it.

I agree, I think you would have me from a roll and get me in the 1/4 mile as my trap speed in the 1/8th was 77-78mph. Good drivers race for sure. Me too man, but at least we can compare times for fun.

@@J30A4V6er those Ecoboosts are so ahead of their time! Nice on the 2.0 (my 60ft is usually 2.0-2.1 but got a 1.9 once when my tires were new) LOL. My slower 1st to 2nd shift is what slows me down in the 8th because my mph is there. But yes driver's race and we can time slip race 😂 haha more vids on the way and be safe out there man!

You do realize that was a older model ats. The accord is slower than the 16 up ats with the 8 speed. Plus the 16 up has more hp and way more torque.
