  • In this video you'll get two simple approaches for using a B-Spline to fit spectroscopic ellipsometry data. This method is typically useful for absorbing (metallic) and semi-absorbing materials (metallic in one part of the spectral range and transparent in another).

    Thanks for this great presentation. Can I able to use this model for transparent thin films (eg: NiO, TiO2…etc) ?

    What If I get a great fit but my imaginary index goes negative? Is there a way I can solve this issue?
