Hi Laurie. I am retired and new to carving caricatures. I have carved a few. I would like to try carving song birds and hummingbirds but don’t know which burner tips to use. I’m new to burning. Can you tell me what tips would be a good start for this type of birds. Thanks so much.

Hi Dale! I find my most used woodburning pens (fixed tip) would be a small, medium and large skew shapes. Good luck on your wood burning!
