You have to be the 1st reviewer I’ve seen that did not put links in the description. Yes we are more than capable of finding this stuff ourselves. I just live that you actually said that lol. And this is why we love you
You are the best sweatshirt, hoodie, review that I have seen yet. You give options of diffefrent companies with a vairiety of warmth. Most are reviews on style, the short waisted styles that are definitely not what I want for warmth. I have never heard of any of these companites. I had a nice black hoodie just right but neighbors always in myhoume robbing my cothest, gold and silver coins, food, pet food, vandalize my home etc. But need a warm sweatshirt to replace one I liked much. I do want a zip but assume some of these mfg had the zip style too. Thank you so much, you are quality, and gonna get subscribed you.
I like the rugged, stiffer feel of the AG, which is actually my 2nd favorite USA-made hoodie after the Flint & Tinder 10Y, but it is extremely disappointing that AG changed their warranty from "Anytime for Any Reason" to "within 30 days, if in like new condition" (effectively no warranty at all).
Great to get all these options. I prefer full zip, only because of being in and out of the cold. All my layers zipped so I could regulate my body temperature. Thank you for the information’
Thanks for the reviews. I realize I am late to the party, but I have found from Carheart jackets that wearing a baseball style cap under an oversized hood really helps keep the hood out of your face.
Thank you for doing this video...I spent a ton of time last winter trying to find heavyweight hoodie's that were actually heavy and thick. You put a few more on my radar! I've had the Arborwear hoodie in my amazon cart for a while now, but I was worried it would be super baggy and it's not cheap lol. I think I'm going to try the Bravestar or the Flint & Tinder.
@@lissa.sahsah If you buy WEK be aware that they want you to lay it flat to dry which takes ages. My experience is that if you're not going to follow that recommendation buy two sizes larger. They shrink a ton in the dryer. With that shrinkage it becomes very dense and wind resistant.
I got a flint and tinder for my girls birthday and got myself a bravestar. They both are so nice, the flint and tinder was nice but too short. Thanks for posting this series. Now how about some wool?
Those are ok, but the actual best hoodie ever is undoubtedly the Weatherwool Hooded Jacket. Full American merino woven jacquard fabric, merino ribbed cuffs, YKK Vislon USA zipper, Anefil water/UV resistant stitching…need I say more?
I've been wearing Arborwear sweatshirts for almost 20 years. I'm on my 3rd or 4th sweatshirt.... These things are very well made. There is often one color on sale on their website. I also like the crew sweatshirt. Those are just $60.
I thought you said the American Giant was only 13 oz and others were 2x the weight, but right after you said the American Giant sweatshirts might be for you (paraphrasing) if you want a super heavyweight hoodie? Thanks
Right on!!! American Giant is my go-to
I wanna try a pull over from them! Or their new fit style! Mine I think is too slim

@@pechoja welcome aboard!
LA Apparel has some really nice 16oz puffy fleece hoodies and super thick double layer hoodies, all made in America. They are my go to.
@@calicojakk9974 checking them out now!
You do a fantastic, thorough, well presented review. Very much appreciated! ☮️

Almost all these companies make zippered sweatshirts too luckily!
Great review. Well done and thanks.
@@LeroyHeeneyWine thanks so much for watching! I have a new version I need to film!
Thanks for the great overview
Been looking for this exact video for a while! Thanks lots for sharing. +1 sub
Be on the look out! I am making a new one soon!!!!
It sounds cold there 37 Celsius here. Going to the beach soon. I do enjoy your tests.
Yes it is chilly!!!!

We have the exact opposite problems down here in Florida. Can't get cold enough! Doesn't even feel like Christmas is in 10 days.
nosnow here in Rochester NY
Try the relaxed fit American Giant. I also suggest Kellsport super heavy hoodie and Camber double 12 oz.
Thank you for telling me about Kellsport

Arborwear also makes a sweatshirt with buttons, small pockets in the sides, and no hood. I wear it to work. Its great.
@@RugbyNick6 that one sounds great!

Very good review. .... very helpful! ... Thank you.
Nashua here 💪. Great video
I'm digging the content! Thank you for this comparison.
Just bought the booties, exactly what I needed! TY TY
Good information thank you
Thanks for watching
Now you need a pair of heavy weight jeans! Naked and famous has some 19oz-23oz denim which is some what affordable or some iron heart denim!
The arborwear is my favorite, been wearing them for years
With you there I love the double ones and the hood is perfect.
Did you tried the Origin heavy hoodie ?
How about a mini wood stove. I like the indoor outdoor shoes but I have duck feet too.
Not allowed to have that /:
I cannot find flint and tinder hoodie in 23 oz anymore. Huckberry website says 12 oz . Did they change the material?
@@jagmeetsmann must have!!!
Good review
What are the dog jackets called?
Ruffwear!!!
Great video thanks
well done review.
I own the 26 oz full zip.
I will be buried in it and my Filson Wool coat.

Hey there! Do the American giant hoodies run more on the large size like carhartt hoodies? Or are they more true to size?
The men’s classic runs large. The unisex vintage runs true to size. The women’s runs small. 🤣
Heard some good things about Kellsport? Ever try them?
Never heard of em!
Can you do a Christmas list
@@wolf_pup5620 possibly!

The American giant looks nice and I like that it's made in America but the price is ridiculous.
American labor is expensive (the cotton is grown and processed in USA too)
What the heck did I just saw.

I still don't understand why this Arborwear hoodie cost $120 a piece on Amazon

I'm guessing a smallish arborist supply company is stoked non arborists are stoked on, and buying their gear.
