Have you noticed any negative side effects from taking Nutrafol? I have been wanting to try it but worry about excessive hair growth in unwanted places as a side effect.
@@marshacampbell2371hi. I’m not heather but I’ve been taking it for a couple of years. It doesn’t have any hormones or anything that would make hair grow where it’s not supposed to. I think it’s a great product and actually I had initially tried something else but my dermatologist suggested this. It had definitely helped my hair although I have also done a bunch of other things to prevent hair loss - iron supplements (that was when it started about 12-13 years ago), I also have had PRP several times and I have an I-restore device that I use faithfully for about the past two years. So idk what the nutrafol is doing specifically but I do all the things!!
No bows and collars here
My Dermatologist has recommended highly Nutrafol. My daughter who is a medical student has used it for years along with me and I am an RN. It is an amazing product zero side effects that’s for sure.

I don't wear a trench coat unless its raining. It's too masculine for me. I end up looking like Inspector Clouseau if it isn't raining 🕵♀️

Great video, Heather! I keep hearing how in style bows are and I’m 63 years old so bows look a little silly on me. Instead of wearing a trenchcoat, I like to wear jackets that are more like an anorak. I have an army green one. That is really cool with some embroidery on it. As far as Long shorts those are a definite note for me. I am only five 2 1/2 so long shorts just cut my legs off.
I just purchased a new pair of Golden Goose, in the non destructed Pure White leather with a silver metallic heel. I had a pair of the worn looking ones, and though I didn't care for the scuffed up look, both the fit and the wear has been amazing! Glad I could find a new pair that actually looks new! Plus, the silver metallic heel gives a great nod to the current metallic trend.
Heather, what about slightly longer jackets? Would love you to do a video on how to dress up with longer hip length jackets/blazers.

I love the shorter trench coats for cool weather, BUT in Oklahoma the rain doesn’t come straight down. It blows all directions. Umbrellas are usually worthless because we do have “wind sweeping down the plains”. So-longer trenches for rainy days-short trenches for cool days!!

I like the cropped trench but mine is long because it's cold up here in the North. It's also got a zip out flannel lining

Big no to the long trench coat trend for me. I too feel frumpy in long trench coats. Never owned one. Yay for cropped jackets. The cropped trench is very cute. I just bought a grey pair of straight leg jeans a few weeks ago. The wash looks similar to your pair. Did not know grey denim was trending, I just always wanted a pair. I won't be wearing jorts (or cutoffs) either. In my 50's I prefer my denim shorts to have a hem. Skipping roses too, although I do like some floral prints. I'm digging out my silver handbag and silver kitten heels from several years ago, although won't wear together as I don't like a matchy look for handbag and shoes. 😊
I've been wearing short bombers too. I'm 4 11. However, I got a shorter trench that I've yet to wear this year. I got a cropped trench, but I'm short so it comes to the waist. I got two long trenches. I've only worn one once.
You can even tell in the video that your hair looks thicker and shinier!
Sorts, lol, how can that even be a thing!? Not a fan of those trends either, but I'm all about metallic shoes and handbags...they just go with everything!
Crop jackets for me. I’m short also so can’t wear long coats.
My hair got thinner, too, at 45. I thought it was from the blood pressure and diabetes meds. I started taking MACA ROOT DROPS, pills, and powder. My hair grew back, and my boobs got bigger, too.

Heather, I absolutely love your videos. Would you consider reaching out to someone who may be overweight to do a joint video. I don't know anyone but I love your advice. Problem is i need alternatives for a heavier frame and much larger breasts. Im a G cup. I don't think I could wear those body suits. But your advise on so many things is spot on.
