Hey there! That’s awesome, I would love to do that one day also! Not 100% sure about the water situation but I’m assuming it has to be underneath the trailer! Not sure how much water we used during our stay either but wouldn’t have been much!

I love doing a cheese chive and bacon damper but you can substitute for anything 2 cups S.R flour 200ml milk 60g of butter melted NOT margarine A good handful of cheese A good handful of diced uncooked bacon (bacon pieces are ok too) A good amount of fresher chopped chives you could just buy a 10g packet of fresh chives from the supermarket Just combine everything, add milk or S.R flour to get the mixture to the right consistency. I prefer to use unsalted butter as I find the bacon gives it enough salt. I like to score my damper on top BEFORE baking, when it comes out it's fantastic for aesthetics but even better to easily break open in smaller pieces. If you do try it and you remember tell me what you think of it. I found the recipe on you tube by some Aussie guys but I lost the channel so I can't link it unfortunately
