Wonderful information!!! You are exactly right!! My severe chronic constipation is due to my high stress levels and all that straining to have a bowel movement causes my Interstatial Cystitis! Understanding the underlying mechanisms is half the battle Leticia, so I wish you the best of luck with it all! Another remedy which may also be useful to youis one of our Digestive bitters remedies such as our Yarrow complex. This can help to gently stimulate the gastric secretions (which the stress can somewhat diminish!), so you can possibly help target this from the two angles. When I overdue beer or eat spicy I get 3 months of cystitis. Usually aloe vera and chamomille helps.

Sorry you found the title misleading. But hopefully some of the tips can help ease the symptoms.
Yes, there is no cure but you can control it with a diet free of acid and Amino Acid L-ARGININE. it is cheap, has no need of medical prescription, and is HIGHLY EFFECTIVE.

It’s definitely a difficult one to tackle, but we do see reduction in symptom severity where people are committed to their treatment protocol.
I have found relief in intermittent fasting and low/no carb diet. I hope you can get relief.
