Another amazing Episode!!! Awesome to see Michonne's journey in finding Rick. Sucks we lost 3 great new characters epesically Nat, he was so geniune and loyal to his friends. Seeing the Chlorine Gas again was crazy, last time we saw this was in World Beyond. You get close to any CRM locations they will just take you out no questions asked. Now Rick has a problem and her name is Jadis!!! Can't wait for Episode 3!

Another great episode. It was nice seeing Michonne's journey to find Rick again. It was sad to see some of those characters being killed off, especially Nat. He would be the perfect candidate character to be featured in an episode of Tales of The Walking Dead. I'd love to see Tales return, but with a bit of a different approach. Six episode seasons are fine, but they need to use more established characters from any TWD series that's already known. I liked three of those much more than the others. The Terry Crews one was fine, the Alpha episode added to her story and I liked the one set in the future with the wildlife guy, but two others were just average blah and the groundhog day episode was 👎🏽 They should have just made the concept of the whole repeating deaths of the characters over and over the thoughts of what goes on inside of a walker's head besides finding food. That would have made it more worth watching. I guess to get back to the actual episode now. I don't think Rick said he's all in as in anything to make it work at the CRM, but that he was all in with Okrafor's plan to change the CRM. To get rid of the A's and B's, take out the top leadership and bad soldiers and allow the freedom to exist again, etc. The 6th episode might just conclude the series with them toppling the military portion of the CRM, getting out and back to Alexandria, but I'd love to see more of the GOAT. If it does end after 6 episodes they should still attempt a large scale Endgame series of 6 episodes or something. Maybe do 2 - 3 seasons of each the Daryl and Dead City spinoffs concluding both of those stories. Maggie finally forgives Negan and Daryl/Carol make it back to one of the Survivor's communities. So at that point TWD & all three spinoffs are over. Morgan makes it back, maybe even Dwight and Sherry are seen. The CRM, Jadis or someone wanting revenge comes after Rick, Michonne, etc. for what they did and escaping. Or better yet Rick escapes back home, but now maybe Michonne is captured as collateral. This is when Rick puts together another army similar to that in All Out War, but now with the help from Commonwealth, every character/actor they can get to return to fight back against the CRM for what they did to him and every innocent person they effected. Rick now knows the inside workings, structure and how to fight a chopper. The resistance within the CRM, people he knows and trusts inside, World Beyond characters, TWD characters, Morgan, Daryl, Carol, Negan, Alexandria, Commonwealth, any characters in Maggie's group or the NYC group all converge and beat the shat out of CRM. It's rebuilt and made to be better as Okrafor wanted and Rick later agreed to. Either Rick dies a hero to the survivors and get his statue now or better (happier) yet still gets the statue for saving everyone. He lives and grows old sitting on a porch reading a story to Judith & RJ or perhaps a grandchild (Judith's son, maybe named Carl. In which the hat is again passed down to) down the road.
I hope there's a way they find out the group is in common wealth, so they can escape and not have to worry about Alexandria getting blown up or something cuz no one would be there anyway and Rick and Michonee wouldn't go there they'd go to CW which is a spot I don't think Jadis or CRM in general would even know about at all, so they could "disappear"
@evilhellmusic8038 agree & that would be the most ideal scenario! But after this weeks episode and where they jumped out of the helicopter, I think they are across the country. Thus meaning they have a long trek back to alexandria and an easier chance to be spotted by the crm

Because Michonne did not go after Rick "6 years after the bridge." I believe Judith was about 11 after the time jump when they met Magna's group, and Michonne left after that. Would have been at least 7 or 8 years after the bridge before she left, although RJ only looks to be about 5 or 6..

I think the reason why Rick losing his hand was acceptable for many is that it happened from a position of strength. Rick removed his own hand in an escape attempt. He was in control. If his hand was removed in situation of weakness, for example by Negan when Rick was cowering on the ground, it would have been much more difficult to accept.
I took it as, he would cut his own hand off just to escape, and he still failed. Like exhaust every option. They could have shown a million ways he could try to escape, but if a person cuts off their own hand? damn
Okafor was a marine that was bombing cities (Atlanta and Los Angeles) Major Beal was Philadelphia National Guard, they were their resistance overthrew marines once Okafor flipped and bombed Marines base (Eagles football stadium) That brought crm to power. We learned that in episode one during Rick and Neal’s park bench conversation. Anybody else notice?
rewatching ep1, and it sounded like okafor's wife might have sacrificed herself on the marine base. That they both couldnt stand seeing another city fall. That she may have told him to take her and the rest of the marine's out. That hits so hard.... I need to see the actor who played Okafor in more movies, that dudes tone and cadence are soooo satisfying.
Yes, the helicopter team that bombed them is the part of the team Okifor wanted to get them in so they could start changing things from within but now that Okifor is gone, I don't know how that's going to work but they're killing anyone who gets close and if they see a large caravan moving toward they're hidden city they are going to kill them. Remember, the city is a secret secrets on secrets. In the first episode Rick mentioned, the bombs go out but they don't come back so he knew they were killing people and I'm sure the CRM knows about Alexandria but as long as they are stationary, they are not a threat. I'm sure they know about the Commonwealth too and with Pamela gone, you have to wonder about their security because it's not a long ways away, probably just on the other side of Pennsylvania. I don't know who else knows about Rick but you would think, Rick has to kill Jadis now if they are going to escape but as I said, they would know where to find him so they would need to find a way to go through okifors plan, without Okifor and that's a problem I think. I loved Nate's character, hated losing him so early
And if the CRM knows about Alexandria and the Commonwealth, they are good with people moving between each community as long as they are not coming towards Philadelphia. I just don't think they know that Alexandria is where Rick is from.
Rick said the same thing about the savior's after Glenn died. Then he said he knew they'd have to fight ,he was just trying to keep them safe. This group is a bit bigger than the savior's 😂.
Oakafor knew of Alexandria cause of finding ricks letter he put in that bottle at the end of twd series finale before throwing his boots and bag into that ship

I have never wrote a comment but i have been following you since season 11 was airing and every time a new series or season of fear or whatever came out and i watched a new episode i immediately i have to go to your channel and watch your reacting its every time such a pleasure. Thank you guys
Brilliant episode with their reunion and seeing Rick's situation with Jadis. The downside to having 6 episodes is that we don't get to see more of potentially really good characters e.g. Nat was so interesting.
How this community moves reminds me of the carnivals "carnies" back in the 50s and how they were always in the move. Also, does the CRM create walkers to protect their location? The heard is like having a junkyard dog its a nice deterrent to keep people away. Beside Michonne who the hell would try to go through?
@@paulawarren I really hope that doesn’t happen, and it doesn’t help that on Darryl’s show when Carol called on the radio she said “he’s back” and not “they’re back” 🥲
@@melk6049 the only way it would happen is if Danai can't/doesn't want to do it anymore. Even then, I still don't think they'd do it. They wouldn't want to wait for years to do the big reunion, but if that has to happen, that's what they'll do
Loved this Episode. Back to how the Walking Dead should be. I just love Danai and how she portrays Michonne. My only peeve was that they went back into the Civic Republic but I guess I'll let the story unfold and hope it doesn't disappoint. Ps the reunion between Rick and Michonne was stellar. I’m not sure how Michonne will manage being locked inside the Civic Republic. I’m really hoping they do eventually make their way back home. I can’t wait until she tells Rick about RJ. Thanks guys for your awesome reaction. Blessings from Ireland 🇮🇪
The only reason they had to go back was because when the helicopter was attacked, Rick called it in on the radio. I can't help but feel like if he didn't call it in, he'd have been able to leave with her. But there was no way to know that Michonne and her friend were the ones attacking
I've never watched any of your reactions before and Idk what I expected, but y'all are so great and sincere. Quick subscribe. I'm gonna enjoy watching the rest of the series with you both!
My question is, jadis knew about the CRM had a deal of sorts with them… why was she allowed to know about them and not be taken there given all these high security rules that’s the only part I’m confused about, I hope they explain that a little more
If they have Rick and Michonne end up back at Alexandria then they would learn of the Commonwealth and could use those soldiers perhaps to go after the CRM.
Think about it. How did those phone and stuff get out. He even got the message in a bottle. And knew about the backpack. Meaning okafor is the reason mochonne is on the journey. Okafor let those get out. And subsequently lead to his own death. And it also makes you wonder, he said "if you start poking around where we picked you up, we'll thsts potent information" basically saying he had a spy within Alexandria. Who? Virgil. His sole mission was to get michonne on the way. And it would make sense why he was able to take over the island
when they saw the heli with rick michonne and nat were goin back to alexandria.. bc nat told michonne u re almost in range (with the walkie talkie) and when nat and michonne first met in the beginnin pf ep2 nat told michone u will soon be out of range and then she was out of range. so i think they were leavin the area and thats why nat told her u will be in range soon at the end of ep
This is random but I feel like one day either at CR or CW we are gonna get a blood test that actually confirms that Judith was indeed Rick’s blood daughter the whole time. I’ve always thought this would happen towards the very end.
I think that Rick and Michonnes best play is to attack the summit that will be happening. Okafor said that once they build the new crm task force location that Rick and Pearl spent that year constructing all major CRM leaders will attend the opening summit there. I think that’s their best option at a “clean escape” is to bomb that meeting. Plus most people miss it but in episode one in the park with Esteban the citizens of the CRM are beginning to protest with signs against the CRM restrictions that could be impactful too.
If Rick hadn't lost his hand and not got the replace metal hand Michonne would cut him in 2 pieces from her first hit with her sword. So it seems loosing his hand it actually saved him.
On the topic with the helicopter that dropped the gas on the group. In episode 1 at 14:24, we see Rick looking up at a helicopter I assume returning from somewhere and it looks to be carrying some sort of capsules. Could this be the very same one? Does the timeline make sense?
It's time Hollywood awards bullpoo recognize the powerhouse acting on The Waling Dead. Not one EMMY nomination ever!! Danai was amazing this episode. TOWL is the best TWD show in years. This show is soo gooood
Great episode,Im really interested about those Red Striped soldiers, they have been talking about them for 2 episodes...are those Frontliners? like Beale's elite Corps. Would make sense since they are doing stuff that no one knows about.
Dang first two episodes and they're super emotional oh yeah and i wonder if The CRM somehow knows about the Savior war and The Whisperer war oh and the Commonwealth oh yeah and something really f***ed up i remember hearing about Chlorine Gas is that it's really easy to make especially by accident
If Rick and Michonne become leaders of the CRM they can help build a new world. They can also help out Maggie, Negan, & Darryl. They can even help reunite Negan to his family.
This Rick feels like the Rick from season 7 episodes 1 - 6. He's fractured inside not broken but he'll become a savage again. Also, i think Jadis walkied Okafor when they originally picked up Rick. I think Okafor casually went to that area so he could find more info on why Eick tried to escape so much.
I still think it was just stupid that Rick cut his hand off for literally NO reason, and I will stand by that, BUT - this episode was intense!! Just keeps getting better! This was probably the best TWD episode I've seen in over a decade. Just really well done. Looking forward to more!
I think Nats last words will resonate with Michonne, just like Okafors last words will resonate with Rick right near the end of the series, putting them at odds with each other 😫. I think this is why both characters were so important to the series but also necessary that they died early on. Another thing I found interesting... when rick says about his arm to michonne, he said "one of the last times I tried to get home" and she said "one of the last times?". The last episode is called the last time. This could be foreshadowing one of three things... 1. They get home (most unlikely) 2. One or both decide they cannot get home, either due to risk of alexandria, to take crm down from within or that they are too different as individuals and that time has split them apart. 3. Michonne dies 😭 ... on ricks last episode when hes repeating hes "searching" for his family, searching for his home, he says I found you to Michonne when he imagines kissing her before he blows up the bridge 😭 - Family= Home = Michonne!
Do u guys kinda think back to when Merle had to cut his own hand off an cauterize it on the stove. Ricks situation kinda reminded me of that .. an I think michonne is going to end up killing Kandis since she knows where Rick an michonne are from. Oakafor knew too but he’s no longer an issue soooo 🤷🏻♀️
The helicopter had the same tanks as the one Rick saw in episode 1, so I wonder if it is the same exact helicopter. If they're in New Jersey, they're close to Philadelphia and they don't want anyone discovering the CR/CRM so they've gotta go. Okafor killed his wife and the other Marines for the same reason Huck (from World Beyond) killed her boyfriend and the other soldiers when they were told to kill anything that moved, including civilians, instead of just killing walkers.
Poor Okefor, he followed orders until he figured out it was just all wrong. Now I'm glad Rick lost the hand. Michonne would've cut it off! It was funny how she forgot how her blade clanged against it once she saw his face. Then everything moved so fast she didn't remember until she felt it on her hip. It would be so great if they end the series not this season by flying off to the Commonwealth in Ohio!
Okafor was part of a Air Force (I believe he said Air Force) Detachment assigned to bomb cities with Napalm. He confessed to Rick that both he and his wife were tasked with destroying those cities, Atlanta being one of them (Season 1). She was a 'Marine'. Neither of them wanted to continue to do that and the only way they could find to stop the slaughter was to 'bomb' the Marine Detachment that was going to the next objective. She gave her life to stop the slaughter and he, by his own admission, gave EVERYTHING. In order to stop them he had to kill his own wife who was a part of that unit.
One question I have is how long did michonne and nat take to get better after the smoke bombs. I saw the season change thru the sun roof but if it’s just 6 years after the fall then rick and her must have been stuck at crm for 4 to 6 years possibly longer

I think they would have kept him he is too valuable as an asset. He knows how to make and build things. No way they kill him
I'd argue michonne has changed more than Rick, he should be more worried about her not being the same person when he was taken from her.
I just wonder how this will tie into Carol's call to Daryl. I'm super excited!
19:34 the best Michonne cry 😢
CRM sees them people as "A" they were all independently walking as leaders going somewhere on there own- just a thought.
Large group
Too large to effectively vett.
A's - leaders, strong, independent = ALPHA
B's - followers, compliant, follow orders = BETA
Absolutely loved the scene with Jadis
AMC has already killed it with this show as in this show is incredible
No DANAI killed it with her writing! I agree though it is amazing!!!👍🏿
George Martin seeing the Walking Dead making fans fall in love with new characters and then killing them off immediately with a great big smile.
Rick said the same thing about the savior's after Glenn died. Then he said he knew they'd have to fight ,he was just trying to keep them safe. This group is a bit bigger than the savior's 😂.
Bring M.A.D.R.E, Red Bricks, Hill Top, Alexandria and Commonwealth to the equation and we fight the bastards
20:24 he didnt miss that one hit okafor and the other shots took out the helicopter.
He thought it was a dud but just a delayed explosion lol
@@janellekirk1785 Also I think he was aiming to hit the helicopter itself, not just a single person inside.
@JulieWaters524 yes, there's no way he could have seen the people inside and aimed that accurately
They said that at the end.
The only thing I really haven’t liked about these first two episodes was killing off Nat. He seemed like he was going to be a huge asset to Michonne
Oakafor knew of Alexandria cause of finding ricks letter he put in that bottle at the end of twd series finale before throwing his boots and bag into that ship
I have watched half a dozen reactions and you were the only ones who reacted the way I did during this one particular scene... except I said, " parting the Dead Sea " lol😂
Love you guys, thank you for making my day😊
I have never wrote a comment but i have been following you since season 11 was airing and every time a new series or season of fear or whatever came out and i watched a new episode i immediately i have to go to your channel and watch your reacting its every time such a pleasure. Thank you guys
Nat was a fucking character and man, I am bloody loving this seies q
Brilliant episode with their reunion and seeing Rick's situation with Jadis. The downside to having 6 episodes is that we don't get to see more of potentially really good characters e.g. Nat was so interesting.
I am upset they took Nat out but TWD always taking out likeable characters.
He was great character, but soon as I knew they were coming with her on her journe, I knew they were goners.
@@justinscott8769 Right
@@toyactv I think we're setting ourselves up for a death an episode kinda thing.
Perfect timing. This episode was great
I love how they let the f bomb fly it makes some of the scenes just that more intense
An amazing episode. Loved it, they kept up the excellence of the first one. Cannot wait for the next one.
How this community moves reminds me of the carnivals "carnies" back in the 50s and how they were always in the move. Also, does the CRM create walkers to protect their location? The heard is like having a junkyard dog its a nice deterrent to keep people away. Beside Michonne who the hell would try to go through?
I have a feeling that Michonne might die at the end of this - she better not 😭
That’s exactly my thoughts! And she tells Rick about RJ as she’s dying
@@paulawarren I really hope that doesn’t happen, and it doesn’t help that on Darryl’s show when Carol called on the radio she said “he’s back” and not “they’re back” 🥲
@@paulawarrenthey will never kill michonne...
@@melk6049 the only way it would happen is if Danai can't/doesn't want to do it anymore. Even then, I still don't think they'd do it. They wouldn't want to wait for years to do the big reunion, but if that has to happen, that's what they'll do
@@nyajohnson_make sense she didn’t sound to happy on the radio
Thank you both for showing this. We can't watch it in the UK. So thanks for uploading!!🎉❤
@@ethangavin1520 of course. Makes sense.
I've never watched any of your reactions before and Idk what I expected, but y'all are so great and sincere. Quick subscribe. I'm gonna enjoy watching the rest of the series with you both!
Ayooo! My favorite duo! I kept checking all morning waiting for yall 😂 have my coffee ready- let's do this ❤
I watched the episode 2 times before work this morning now on my lunch break watching your reaction and commentary
My question is, jadis knew about the CRM had a deal of sorts with them… why was she allowed to know about them and not be taken there given all these high security rules that’s the only part I’m confused about, I hope they explain that a little more
How can you NOT think rick wont try to esccape again... I felt from the start he was gonna succeed or die tryin
This show and Andrew Lincoln are amazing. I loved Nat. VERY sorry to see him go. He was better than most characters on TWD main show.
when they saw the heli with rick michonne and nat were goin back to alexandria.. bc nat told michonne u re almost in range (with the walkie talkie) and when nat and michonne first met in the beginnin pf ep2 nat told michone u will soon be out of range and then she was out of range. so i think they were leavin the area and thats why nat told her u will be in range soon at the end of ep

You guys were soooo right about Rick
This is random but I feel like one day either at CR or CW we are gonna get a blood test that actually confirms that Judith was indeed Rick’s blood daughter the whole time. I’ve always thought this would happen towards the very end.
Let it go , she's not 😂
I think that Rick and Michonnes best play is to attack the summit that will be happening.
Someone confirmed that Commonwealth and CRM know about each other
where?@@lukasavic6450
The score in this show is really great so far. Everything from E1's fire zombies with the deep twisted strings to the organ in the reunion.
Nice whoever threw in the comment no one's gone till they're gone awesome call back
If Rick and Michonne become leaders of the CRM they can help build a new world. They can also help out Maggie, Negan, & Darryl. They can even help reunite Negan to his family.
Just came across you guys. Love the reactions!
Great job guys!!! This was SO GOOD ❤️❤️❤️
I loved watching your heartfelt reaction 🥰
This Rick feels like the Rick from season 7 episodes 1 - 6. He's fractured inside not broken but he'll become a savage again.
Also, i think Jadis walkied Okafor when they originally picked up Rick. I think Okafor casually went to that area so he could find more info on why Eick tried to escape so much.
Michonne! is the one who will take out Jadis.
Episode 2 was even better than episode 1! Though I hated that they killed Nat 😭
I still think it was just stupid that Rick cut his hand off for literally NO reason, and I will stand by that, BUT - this episode was intense!! Just keeps getting better! This was probably the best TWD episode I've seen in over a decade. Just really well done. Looking forward to more!
I firmly believe michonne and rick could take out the entire CRM with prep time... but theyd never return home it would be a suicide mission
1. They get home (most unlikely)
Wow. This episode was amazing. And that michonne hoodie is sick bro
Characters like Nat, Okafor, etc… this is where we could’ve used a show like Tales. It just came out too soon.
Tales could be amazing and last for years, but the writing sucked! Fans could write better material than what we got.
@@wendyc1902 having more characters we have a connection with could make that a lot easier too
Do u guys kinda think back to when Merle had to cut his own hand off an cauterize it on the stove.
Rick in a controlled environment still looks a total wreck. Rick must have super anxiety issues and his heart mever takes a break
I think the axe also couldn’t cut the cable because there was no hard surface to chop on. Cutting on soft earth won’t work.
U ain't cutting thru steel cable with an axe doesn't matter if it's on concrete
I wanna see a tales from the walking dead episode about the story of the “Safe Harbor” cruise ship and everything that happened there!!
I would trade Nat for Connie, and all of her group, Aaron, Father Gabriel, Eugene and have of the cast.
Two episodes in all my years watching walking dead and in both episodes two characters I loved both had 1 full episodes and killed. Insane in my opinion. Nat probably already in my top 15 best characters of all time. It's sad
I meant to say two episodes of the ones who live ! I've seen all walking dead so far . Only one was world beyond I didn't watch.
