I've done A lot of those Turbo actuators in a lot of used to be pretty badly rusted so he had to take you time the it was a real. Paid in the butt.
Why not use an air handling performance test and nox sensor verification instead of a regen?
Thanks for the tip I'll try that next time. In this case the sensor was completely offline so my theory was bring everything up to temp to test.

Where are you located? Like your investigative capability.
Hey Terry, thanks for the positive feed back! I reside in a small-ish mining town in northern Ontario
I totally thought it was going to be can Hi-Lo overlay. Considering turbo actuator and knock sensor share the same can low hi circuit.
It could have went that way! I'm sure I'll see one like that eventually lol
Always just to calibrate him and then put him together that way it made it easier.
Where are you located?
@@aldainsmith1866 hi there , I'm in northern Ontario . Yourself ?
Not just engines have to be rebuilt, wiring harnesses do to!!
Kinda wish you show us how you jury rigged that harness, that’s what I came to see. Too bad the engine noise drowned out your voice when you were going over it.
Sometimes I have to run the engine during filming, it's not ideal while talking.. maybe subtitles may help
Cummins and their convoluted tubing.
my truck have same this problem can you tell you how you fix plz
Test for 5v at the sensor that are throwing fault codes.
