Or a blackened fish with a ponchartrain sauce with dirty rice and Broccoli.. And a chocolate pecan pie for dessert😁😁. 2/13 is my bday and we usually go on a trip to celebrate it along with Valentine's, however; with Covid going on we'll be home for V-day , so I'll be cooking.🙄

The texture of mine came out a little tough. Wanted it to me smooth. Maybe I added too much cheese or didn’t let it cook enough? Thoughts on where I went wrong?
Mine did as well. It wasn’t as creamy. Did you use the sour cream? It’s in the recipe on the description but not shown in the video. Going to try it next time.
