Advice from the "doc." Now that you've opened that, refrigerate it. If you do, you're good for quite awhile. If you don't, it won't be too awfully long before it turns into liquid fungi. Mold seems to love the cream based "spirits" at room temp. Looking forward to the Ole Smokey Moonshine blinds.

I've been looking everywhere for this 😂 it's harder to find in my area than buffalo Trace products
I found it at Total Wine. It was in a weird place in the store. I asked someone if they had it. I never would have found it on my own. I hope you find one!

dont leave that stuff open for more than a year, it will mold, ive had it happen to me with sugarlands shine brand at 70 proof.
Yes, cream based stuff should be refrigerated. I had mold experience with Bailey's and Evan Williams Eggnog.at room temp. Live and learn. I'd refrigerate the Eggo for sure.
Well, I guess I'll have to drink the whole bottle today...for health and safety reasons!

actually this happened to me with the 'mark roger's peach at 70 proof. bourbon creams most definitely need refrigeration.@@drrobert8678
