Pulling Some Rods

Rigged up on a work over. Pulling rods and hanging them. Started out a little rough. Derrick hand has only been up there twice now. Put the transfer on down below the square on the rod (again). The hole in the transfer is square and not round so not sure what he was thinking but it went ok.
