This man still paying current bill for his house. So don't get excited. When he makes a production unit and run it 24 hours live then I will believe and I know it's not possible. He should understand the difference between current and voltage. Current is like a water in the water tank, where as voltage is the potential difference. He is dumping the current from his batteries into the flywheel and increasing the voltage (potential difference) but the current remains the same. On the output the voltage increases but the current will be input current minus the frictional loses. If he tries to charge the batteries from the output he won't be able to charge the batteries 100% because some current is lost due to friction. I don't know where he has done his PHD.
