Sir you must produce power in your factory and sale to greed from money you receive you increase number of flywheel and sale more power so on and so forth. Thereafter you can increase the flywheel size etc.. for scaling up. Once scaled up it will be a live prototype for marketing.

As soon you put load on fly wheel it's like slow break while driving car, it will stop in few minutes. Reverse power to main motor to run wheel with total calculation only 18% energy can achieve. 18% Free energy you got will payed back in maintenance of system.
