    Cool pen, the Victorians/Edwardians also had their own little nifty gadget. The tuck marker. An attachment that went on sewing machines that when you sewn down a tuck it marked where the next would go. then you can just fold along the mark and carry on. I have one, they work well!

      @@goodwifelucy5602 Hmm I thought I posted a pic to Mel already! Sorry it seems to of either got ate, or UA-cam deleted it because of a link. Simply google "Singer tuck marker" and click the image tab. They are very common! if your machine is low shank, it just might fit. Worth a try! There are also videos of it in action as well on UA-cam.

      @@Mel-dw2fi I am so sorry it took so long for me to reply, I thought I posted a pic! Like I said to Luci, it might of got deleted. Image search "Singer Tuck Marker." They are very common, can be used on a variety of low shank machines. There are also videos of it in action.

The Victorians not only celebrated the innovations& achievements of their age but took the greatest of pride in their work. They didn't just build to last,they made them beautiful as well ☺️
