I must say. Aside from the buzz of Japan. Your video quality and over all content has come a long way. And you still retain the OG DannyDC2 vibe of not over editing. Keep up the good work.
The mx-5 getting forklifted onto the truck was for sure the highlight of the day. Jokes aside, what a place to go visit. Japanese grassroots at its finest. Great video, cheers Dan!
Hey Danny if you ever feel like you would want to experience a kart like in the opening scene. I drive a few of these on karting tracks in belgium/netherlands and I would be more than happy to let you drive one of my karts. They go about 70mph max and its extremely fysical and fast.
Amazing innit? Tsukuba has something in common with the Nurburgring Green Hell. One of the shortest tracks in Japan requires a specific licence to drive on it same as the Ring does, the longest track still in use! I think they have a bit of penile envy!
Does going manual mode on the camera mean you have to apply all the spots on the lens yourself? haha Another great video, totally different to pretty much everyone else who just mince about filming stuff from the background.
Ive always wanted to fly over to japan to drive on Tsukuba, idk if there is a video or if you plan on making it id love to know how a foreigner could do a lapping day/drive around the circuit.
I'm going over in February, aside from furiously googling and just turning up to the circuit, is there any event people would recommend to try and aim for? This is the bit where I get loads of posts about how it's closed in February 😂

Yeah couldn't agree more, editing is perfect, keeps all the raw feeling of being at a event like this
The gt4 menu music is a nostalgic childhood vibe too 👌

On the M6 that clean up would take erm 5 years lol 😂

sounds good apart from the belgium part
That hearse running down the track was something. Thought it was a Cadillac until you got up close to it.
Danny, at 6:25 you asked what's that?....... and it's a Toyota Mirai, the World's first hydrogen powered FCV (Fuel Cell Vehicle).
That red E46 Touring is damn good
Jealous…. Best circuit this. What an experience Dan. Bet ya wish you could have the old EG round there. Keep it up fella 👍
Great stuff Dan 👍
Recognised the sound of that Boxster a mile away. 😂
I’m loving these videos Danny, I reckon I’d find it really overwhelming being out there.
It’s a shame your race suit doesn’t fit Toby 😅
the new MX5's look fantastic
Love it already!
That'd make my year for sure. But I'm pretty sure this entire experience would.
Tsukuba! Go!
Racing Sprit

😜 we play games to simulate it, but that ain’t nothing on being there in the flesh. Hope you get out on the track eventually!
Sweet mullet 👌👍👍

Love the gran turismo soundtrack in the background, was that number 4?

You don’t need a special license to drive the ring
Anyone can drive the ring. You need a licence to RACE there though.
Yo! Sunday Club! Bucket of tea in hand, Tsubuka! Lets Go!
Did you move to Japan? You been therr a min
The pit lane reminds me of Goodwood.

Time attack people usually go then
That guy using the multi-tool on his tyre, any ideas what he’s actually trying to accomplish?
Is that Donos old Dunlop bridge?

I think you mean estate not wagon
i think you mean touring not estate
@@dannyDC2 I was going to say touring but I thought you wouldn't know what I meant 😉
Does japanese xenophobia/racism leak out into their track culture?
never felt any of that
What a wank comment
34:13 that was pretty cool
