The killer is fairly buggy but he has a lot of potential and I'm sure they will fix his hitbox issues.
Perks in Order: Lethal Pursuer; Corrupt Intervention;Scourge Hook: Pain Resonance; Eruption

Corrupt Intervention feels a bit redundant with Lethal Pursuer given how good Weskers mobility and chase are. Prefer the Floods Of Rage variant!
Corrupt is still the only perk stopping them from getting early game progress

@@alessio5364 yeah, but corrupt and lethal are mostly too much. unless you are like myers or ghostface.
On a map that is pretty good for wesker it might look like corrupt is a bad choice. But it's definitely not when you consider all the realms you can go to.
I played against 3-4 Weskers yesterday and every single one was running distressing and starstruck. It’s a rough combo if paired with good slowdown perks and the red add on.
That being said though, Wesker is one of my favourite killers to play against. He is powerful, but he feels completely fair and fun as well.
"Fair" is not a word I would use, seeing as he barely works
Fair and fun is the opposite of playing with or even against him. The lunges grab is really inconsistent, ive been grabbed while being multiple feet to his side, ive also seen and have grabs miss when you can see it connect with a survivor. As I even saw in this video you can get damaged when grabbed without actually hitting an object. Ive done it multiple times to survivors where the grab hit and damages even tho I did not pin them against anything. Ive seen and been grabbed through a pallet stun where ive stunned them during their lunge and then get teleported to the other side of the pallet and get damaged because it "slammed" me into the pallet even though I was initially on the opposite side of it from him. The hitbox is insanely broken for both killer and survivor. Ive also played him enough to know his M1 lunge and hitbox is insanely long and wide. Dont even have to use his ability if I want to get a survivor from 10 feet away xD.

Infectious is a pretty solid perk on him, seeing everyone's location within 40m can be really good
your patience with this power is really really commendable as well
Wesker infection: You are hindered and instantly downable by a maniac that flies through the air and grabs you, and you cant even get flashlight saved
Nemesis infection: he can... HIT YOU HAHAHAHA
owoborous, I did want to use this build earlier because I know that corrupt is great for building and wasting sprays but the issue is downing them and you'll lose corrupt instantly
I only had 666k BP when wesker was released so I got him to lvl 40 and not enough perks/addons to replicate the build in this video but I'll try it out and see how it goes :D

at 5:32, they said the collisions have been reworked but so far similar to this I have been hitting small objects and I feel like wesker should glide over certain things like blight does
blight hits that small indent too, I'd know, survivors take me there too much as blight
Did you play him in the PTB? His collision is very noticeably improved from PTB. He’d stop cold on walls he’s get close to going near parallel in hallways.
Yeah compared to the PTB it’s been very lenient
Weskers grab needs some insane accuracy now. It is much harder to hit Survivors even if it looks possible. I've had two many times where I've been just millimetres off centre costing me distance.
@@Papa_Emeritus_IV YES, they need to fix that the hitboxes are so strange with that also this may sound entitled since I'm a killer main but he should be able to do his second bound after a vault and be able to turn just a t8ny bit, TINY.
Not gonna lie, I’ve been using the same build I use with Demo and it’s amazing, I use Spirit Fury, Enduring, Save the best for last, and the last perk you can basically use whatever you want. Lethal is good for early game, Scourge Hook of pain is good for passive regression and some info. I use brutal strength since he doesn’t have a double kick sound when he breaks pallets which survivors usually listen for the first kick to know it’s breaking, his one swing break animation + brutal strength makes it nice to zone people out after you mind game a pallet to get them in a bad side, especially with his power to cut them off any good loops.
I really like a snowbally build on him that consists of infectous, stbfl, dissolution, and corrupt to get going. It's been working insanely well for me, and the 40m infectious is really nutty.

Thats a good build, personally I use Agitation, Awakened Awareness, Hex: Blood Favor, Starstruck.
You can swap out Corrupt with some aura reading perk. Imo you don't need Corrupt since you're using iri addon and lethal, both make it way easier to get an early down, which would disable Corrupt
In the second game he doesn’t use corrupt
Against a good team you’ll need corrupt

@@nursestan7788 you never should use BOTH Corrupt AND Lethal, they kinda do the same thing. Besides, if you'll get a sweaty SWF, 3 survs would find some other gen, not the one affected by Corrupt... Discordance, Deadlock, etc. + Lethal are way better against SWF (or sweaty randoms) than Corrupt + Lethal

Yesterday I played most matches with your build based on his TR (Sloppy + Coulrophobia + distressing + blood echo)
And it was a carnage.
I tried Coulrophobia, Distressing, Starstruck, and Agitation.
EVERYONE will be exposed the entire match once someone goes down. Guaranteed in indoor maps and hard to avoid on larger ones

I agree with all of these I use Coulrophobia, unnerving presence, agitation, and distressing and made them waste so much time healing and ended up getting a 11 win streak on him 😈
Change sloppy for Unnerving and apply hemorrage through the addon or blood echo. SKILL CHECKS EVERYWHERE BABE
@@Kurse_of_Kall because they aren’t exposed permanently? And survivors will still heal so they dont leave blood tracks on the floor, and make ridiculously loud noises giving themselves away? 😂
The addition of killer's portrait next to their perks would make these videos a lot more helpful and easier to follow. Not everyone has all the killers prestiged so it helps when deciding who to level next.

For a pretty good build I found that stbfl, bamboozle, superior anatomy, and the last one is a freebie. bamboozle and superior anatomy stack and practically guarantee a hit if you get them from a window that’s high like the stairway in raccoon and midwich stairway. Stbfl is just good on him and then the last I like using lethal,lightborn, or brutal strength.
I'm enjoying Plaything, Pentimento, Discordance and Coup de Grâce/Franklin's/Bamboozle on him. My favourite addons are the Crank and the Egg. Especially the Egg, because it gives you so much time to adjust your 2nd dash when people like to juke. It's bad if you only use 1 dash though. Also both addons which extend your throw are fun and get you unexpected downs on wide open maps like Shelter Woods or Rotten Fields.
good games! Just a question, why did you use eruption if you barely kicked any gens? Shouldn't you use the slot for a more useful perk?
It's nice to see such a diversity in builds, this is a really good build but I also see ppl in the comments saying they're builds 😀
What I have been personally using is
Stbfl, A call of brine, Eruption, Brutal strength I usually don't run add-ons but it's y'alls choice, with this build my main strategy is to get a decent 3 gen and pressure one area, brutal strength helps shred through pallets in said area and save time kicking gens, once I have a 3gen I can constantly harass Surivors on gens and kick tf out of it
Slightly faster windup time on his attack and fixed hitboxes would make him deadly.

I would swap corrupt for either information or slowdown such as deadlock. And then you can have the purple addon that reveals survivors when they reach max infection. With lethal you see them for 6 seconds meaning you can see where they are and for 30 seconds they’re exposed.
I actually found a build like this almost exactly the same, but because of corrupt being a tad redundant with lethal I actually use brine, and I have not lost a single game with it so far
I like to use dead man pain rez combo, save the best for last and discordant, add-ons I think best is the one that break pallets and the one that increase the range you move when you grab someone to always hit something, what I been winning all with

I would swap out eruption on this build aswell, usealy if you want to run gen kick perks you better run atleast 2 to make up for the time that you need to run to the gen, pared with his natural slowdown, you are better of with some more information or a simpler perk to use as dead mans switch.
I find pentimento and plaything to be an amazing combo alonside pain res and dead man’s switch/agitation.
I don't think corrupt and eruption belong. My personal Wesker build is agitation, awakened awareness, pain resonance and floods.
I use agi to get to scourge hooks faster, save time and get scourge hooks when I normally couldn't. Floods and awakened are for information, and awakened has a small situational combo where you can get a few cheeky hits with agi and aura reading. Pain res for obvious reasons.
Could totally replace agi or awakened with lethal for the aura buff.
I don't typically bring lethal just because wesker doesn't have massive mobility like Billy or blight, and usually you can just head to the furthest gen from spawn and find survivors without lethal.
Yeeting the survivors is the best feature they ever added.

Another good add on to pair with leather gloves is Loose crank(I think that’s the name of it)
With how strong early game you get with infection and Lethal Pursuer, isn't Corrupt Intervention kinda medicore? On first game it blocked gens for 25 seconds before getting disabled by down.
Is it just for safety if you get less optimal start?
It'l really just depend on the map.
If he had rolled a bad map corrupt would have helped alot more. Think lf it like a backup plan.
That's kinda boring tho so personally i'd have run something more fun.
You are preserving a 3 gen 99% of the time to guarantee a down and common 3 gen maps mean you can hook someone and drag them in knowing know one has been pressuring. Corrupt is still very strong and I don't why people think the nerf means it's pointless to run.

Hens, how has your success been with your mega terror radius build since launch?
I would siggest the green add-on that increases the amount of infection they gain passively by 30% with the iri, and what most people don't know, is that the survivors keep the exposed even if they disinfect before the 30 seconds is up. Got a few dc's that way lol

How do you manage to land your pounce so frequently? I find the grab-box to be way too small and have had survivors dodge my lunge even in extremely tight corridors.
I think pairing this with the passive infection rate addon would be better, what do you think?

Lethal Pursuer, Floods Of Rage, Pain Resonance and Jolt. That's it Wesker at his best.
The build is good but you never kick gens with him because of the non stop chases, so it could be better if you swap "Eruption" with something else
This is every killer's best build apparently because all the ones I'm facing use all of these already. I basically consider all these base kit now.
2:54 how were you able to vault that pallet so soon?? every time i try that it just bounces me off it, even after the pallet is COMPLETELY on the floor.
I’d change corrupt, lethal gives you an early down which turns off corrupt. So what’s the point?
I have been using Save the Best for Last, Tinkerer, Deadlock, and I'm All Ears and it has been pretty strong, although it would become mega OP if you replace I'm All Ears with Pain Resonance, I, unfortunately, don't have pain resonance though.
and it's been pretty good even while Save the Best for Last and Tinkerer have been level 1 since they haven't shown up in my bloodweb

My man just said the S.T.A.R.S uniform on feng was unique, its the least unique one out of any of the outfits because unique means one of a kind and feng is not the only one to have that outfit.
They need to fix his power kill box because the amount of times I’ve seen him pass through, glide directly past, or just not pick up a survivor when he clearly should is completely ridiculous… I’ve had times where I grabbed them and then the power just lets them go without damage
Does anyone know the timing of when to release your power to vault a pallet that just got dropped? I tried him yesterday and every single time a survivor dropped a pallet in front of me, I just bumped into it instead of vaulting over. Even tried waiting longer, and it still happened.
Not sure but I think you need to have 2 charges to vault the pallet - it definitely consumes 2 tokens if you have them. I'd honestly recommend just breaking the pallet and using the power to catch up, vaulting pallets doesn't feel that strong in most loops.
Just after it slightly bounces after hitting the ground. Has to be a head on collision, otherwise you'll slide past it.

Wesky boi is A+ tier in open maps and probably around C tier in some closed ones. But as amazing as he is in the open maps he feels so awful to play in closed ones that i dont really wanna play him.
Which really annoys me honestly because he is extremely fun to play except if you get a few maps
Id rather a closed map over coldwind farm where you won't be able to injure them with the abilty if they are in the open areas

whats the point of corrupt if they just going to vaccinate and u have lethal pursuer on top considering youre gonna get a down rly fast at the start with those perks and addons corrupt is deactivated it shown in your video maybe you need to remake weskers strongest build and also add a better addon for the green one maybe put the one that builds infection passivly or anything else 2 secomds for disinfect id nothing

Replace Corrupt Intervention with Infectious Fright.
Wrong one, that's the red herb, not the green herb. The green herb is a purple add-on. The red herb does something different than what you showed.
Replace the vaccination addon for the one that boosts infection rate.
Lethal and corrupt are kinda redudent with his irridecent addon.
13:50 I think he probably dc’d cus you picked him to hook when he was on death hook instead of getting the mikaela first on hook. You were absolutely dogging them so that’s probably why he got aggro.
we all know the best build is the 2 brown addons that cancel each other out and a shroud of separation and no perks

needing 3 gen stall perks to make his strongest build is really sad imo. I hate running gen stall as killer just because it's so boring 9/10 times(the 1/10 being Sadako, she is designed around anti gen) I was really hoping Wesker's strongest build would be more chase oriented similar to Nemesis.
Every killers best build is going to be 99% gen perks unless you're nurse the game boils down to how long you can delay gens.
I wanted to suggest a build with him, the perks are disturbing presence, coulrophobia, KO and disturbing. With this build you can keep the survivors busy to heal themselves and to look for the companions who have been landed around the map, however with this build the survivors are not hooked but they let themselves die bleeding.

I sincerely don't think this is the strongest wesker build, I'd prefer not killing my momentum by stopping and kicking gens so my go to for gen slowdown would be a combination of deadlock, Pain rez and dead man's switch since It now works again in combo.
To top this off I would choose a perk to shut down loops even more so dissolution, bamboozle, play with your food o some time that.
PS: if Pain rez+dead man's switch still doesn't work in combo I would place floods of rage instead of DMS
Someone really needs to take a timer with some friends and show the time it takes to use weskers power to vault then catch up vs just walking around the pallet/window normally and not using his power. Lowkey half the t ime feels like using his power to vault is a detriment

I wish i had other maps than RPD, should the new Killer be nerfed btw? I really don’t like him for his ability to close huge amounts of distance very fast. The new Maps are all so bad for the older Killers but Wesker really shines in the long narrow hallways.
I wish they would remove RPD completely.
rpd is not that bad compare to the old one, which probably if not the most cringe and frustating map ever made. and about the nerfed, idk. Wesker is the only killer right now who have 40m terror radius so seem like the devs already know how good he is so they give him a bigger terror radius
@@hoanghung5542 the terrorradius is just confusing and can be used with the terror-radius perks for some oppressive gameplay. I sadly dont have Wesker myself but i really hate playing against him.
