    The issue that should concern everyone here is the way cops make up laws to force people to do things. What is the point of having laws when cops can ignore them? These are trivial examples but they highlight a serious problem.

      Agreed, this is a snippet of police behavior. Imagine if AI went through all the bodycam footage daily to find the dirty cops?

    You're just trying to incite a police reaction for UA-cam. Get a life dude! A mentally healthy person with a camera goes out and films nice scenery - waterfalls, meadows, mountains etc..., yet you decide to video a boring bank.

      Yet, you watched the boring video and decided to comment. Sounds like someone is bored, but it's not me.
      Incite a reaction? I thought they were the professionals? Why does the cop get angry/frustrated? Why does he care what people film? Boring or otherwise?

    is a bank private business or public?

    • @davidgervais66
      @davidgervais66  15 днів тому

      Private business in public. If they don't like being filmed they can build a wall around the business and hire a security guard to scan ID's into a database before anyone is allowed to enter. That would be the banks right. Of course anyone could still film the wall, so what's the point?

      However, based on similar videos, cops don't actually listen to anything an auditor says anyway.
      Even if they show video proof. Confront first and ask questions later is the normal response of the officers.
      They simply can't imagine someone knows what they are doing with a camera in public.

    Why would you film a bank, unless you were only trying to get a reaction for YT? It’s really quite pathetic.

    • @davidgervais66
      @davidgervais66  15 днів тому

      Why not film a bank? There is no reaction if they stay inside. And it worked, you watched and commented.! Exactly what UA-cam wants. You play into their hands by interacting - just like the bank.

      @user-bh6hi6cr5h 15 днів тому +1

      Why not? If standing on a public sidewalk, you can record anything that you can see from public; including a bank during the day. If there are large windows that allow you so see inside, you can record inside as well. If it is done at night, that is more suspicious than during the day.

    So let me get this straight. You go out and film in public (because you can) and then try to get people pissed off so you can put the video online?

    • @davidgervais66
      @davidgervais66  15 днів тому

      Yes, what part don't you understand. Filming a bank is legal, if the bank and cops don't like it, I guess they can try and get the First Amendment reversed. If they never approached the cameraman, they wouldn't be pissed off. If they understood free speech, they wouldn't be pissed off. Their problem, not the man exercising his rights.
