I found the best way to start the BSQ-Barron is to advance the mixtures full rich - prop full forward use the fuel pump high for 5-8 sec while going full throttle you will notice the fuel gauge flow go up, once 5-8 sec on fuel pump is over close throttle and turn off fuel pump turn on mags and start while advancing throttle full than back to close than 1/4 open starts every time.

This is definitely the right way, same as in the Bonanza and the Piston Duke.
This is awesome.
The right engine on the blacksquare baron is always such a pain to start and always seems to be flooded when initially starting which unfortunately takes me out of the realism. Such as shame as with just some tweaking would make it such an amazing aircraft!
For me, this Baron climbs like a jet.
Is this realistic?
Yes.. very powerful aircraft! I had to look that up too
But Tucson is a dry heat! 😅
