Congratulations. You are a long way from San Francisco bay. Cindy and I went through the canal on a cruise ship a couple years back, but I was on deck looking at the private cruising boats in the lock next to us wishing I was on one of them. You are living the life and I appreciate being able to follow along from my easy chair. :) Best to you Teal, Linh and Emma.

I was about to go on about Linh's cooking, and I can almost smell the flavor. Emma seems to be quite the ambassador. Teal is the rock that secures Basik (sorry to hear that you had crabs).

Linh, I had to laugh at myself. Here in Lodi, California, we've been having a heat wave of over 100F. I put some stuffed Bell peppers, in the oven, from Costco early this morning to beat the heat. I came into the living room to set my timer on the computor..You were cooking and I got interested in what you were doing... forgot to set my tmer. LOL! I'm blessed that my olfactories are still working at 78 years. It saved the bells.

When they died or were broken off by storms the stems and arms broke up into small crystalline calcium Carbonate disks ..like Polo mints called Ossicles. 🧙🏻‍♂️🇬🇧

We would have loved to do that but it would have been a logistical nightmare. Our Transit date was being bounced around so much as we approached Panama. At one point they pushed us out almost 2 months. Then the next day we secured a date 10 days out with us still in Costa Rica at the time.
