That code doesn't mean they have to replaced. Find someone that does aqueous cleaning to save your customer some money. Detroit remans are just cleaned filters using an aqueous method.

Yes you are right but my customer was our company's truck , and the owner decided that he wants to replace them instead of Cleaning!
