Yes, I agree with you - it's not ideal morse paddle but it can be purchased for $ 40-50 at the famous auction (ebay) and not pay for Italian key morse toys for 200-400 dollars! MFJ 564 works well for the money! I bought earlier and pleased with him! In bencher by-1 have similar problems with screws and contacts should be cleaned constantly ! Best 73, de uy0hy
I also messed up and got a set of MFJ paddles. I am glad you were able to get yours working. They are complete junk.

i did get them going but i would not recommend,i do have a tuner that works fine .. jeff .. m0prf ..
