other than covering nipples n decency, does running vests actually improve performance? as in, probably helps in wick moisture/sweat compare to running shirtless?
From personal experience yes, less absorb vest and more ventilation helps cool down my body. In directly lower down my HR. Shirtless is the best, that what I like and much more cooler

I’m 178cm 70kg still got plenty length, for chest just nicely follow chest shape. I think M should be fine
