That teeny tiny picture frame you got on your trip? Hang it on the wall in your diorama! You know that little room you put in the wall of your dining room with the miniatures? Hang it on that wall! It’s perfect! Now you can have a pot of tea (or coffee) and creamer and put it in your Monet house mug, and put the mug on the kitchen tile coaster! And every one of those things will evoke memories of your trips! This was fun and I enjoyed your experiences. 😊
YES!!!!! Take her!!!! Go early in the morning and beat the crowds! I got there at like 9:30 and it was so perfect. I decided to tour the house again at like 11 and it got so full and was less pleasant!

My Grandmother always had a blue and white kitchen. It is actually really charming, and a nice way to mix and match all kinds of motifs and patterns, and yet it always seems to feel calm and clean. You can find blue and white tile style wallpaper as well. You can also add other colours as an accent too...In Monet's kitchen, depending on the lighting, I see aqua and mint, as well as royal blue. Anyway, whatever you do is going to be great. Your house just feels so happy!

I love small stuff but don't want my house to become a dusty chachki store so my solution has been to only get small things that can be turned into Christmas ornaments. Every year is a fantastic reunion of fun things which get loved and then packed back away. Anything can be a christmas ornament.

When I went to London a few times I took a backpack of clothes I would have gotten rid of anyway, I’d wear them one day then throw them in the trash. That made room for purchases to go back, I spent 4-5 days with very minimal clothes and then room to bring thing home. Still limited in size... and ugh I do shop for books and had to stop because they are so heavy and I was carrying it all the last day...

Lovely to see you again! And very pleased that you have taken a break. I went to Monet’s garden and house some years ago. During the morning it was non stop rain but as we arrived the sun came out. The flowers looked so fresh and bright. You are quite right about your taste being very much in Monet’s palette and so it is very appealing to me. Pace yourself in future and vlog when you can, am sure your subscribers will be happy to see you looking and sounding well.

When I went to London a few times I took a backpack of clothes I would have gotten rid of anyway, I’d wear them one day then throw them in the trash. That made room for purchases to go back, I spent 4-5 days with very minimal clothes and then room to bring thing home. Still limited in size... and ugh I do shop for books and had to stop because they are so heavy and I was carrying it all the last day...
