(Long comment warning:) These sessions were brought up to me recently and I was asked about them and my progress since. I realized I never had a chance to really look back, and see these video recordings and so I wanted to share and explain that these sessions were at a time when I was VERY young, and had very little to no understanding of the voice. In some of them I remember being sick, and tired as well. I am very grateful for these opportunities and will always look back at them as the very beginning of my vocal studies, which as consequence sparked an intense journey for me in the following years to progress and build my voice, as well as an intense desire to search for the truth about great operatic singing taught by the traditional Italian school of singing passed down from Caruso onwards!!! I wish every young singer the absolute best in their own respective journeys into learning about their vocal instrument, and hope that wherever their paths lead them they never lose their love and passion for the artistry which is why we do this in the first place, never to get infuriated or too highly critical of yourself, and also never to stop experimenting with your voice and searching for answers and asking questions…sometimes the only way to find the right path is by hitting every dead end. Trust me!!! :)

Criticism and academic arrogance are part of the comments as usual. This young man has potential, love, vocation, but above all, a good attitude. the rest will come with time, people.

He has a beautiful lovely sounding voice. A bit early for that stuff as he sounds very lyric. But good to practice with it. I can actually see that he loves it.
But one critic: something is wrong about his cords. Unfortunately, the closure is not clean and with some noise when he is phonating. Speaking voice ok, singing voice with noise. Maybe I am not the only one hearing that?
Wishing him all the best for a successful career :-)

I have a theory that Joyce falls in love with every tenor and baritone that graces her stage lolz. She's really cute about it so I give her a pass. Love these classes ❤️❤️❤️

This type of teaching is for the developed tenor which he is not. There is significant work that needs to be done on the voice. Cannot sing without any chest voice or always placing in the mask with substance to the voice. Needs lots more development but will be a wonderful voice if developed properly.

Buena voz, buen material.

No no it's your fault. He will became famous more than you. I've seen your 'che gelida manina' La Boheme. You are small tenor for Mozart's repertoire. He is grand tenor for Puccini's repertoire totally. Good luck🤞

Stimmt leider.

Inappropriate voice for this repertoire. A role from Nemorino, or another from Rossini would be more correct.
