I was auto and open diff for 5 years before I swapped everything. Now my drift techniques are lazier in comparison to how I used to drift since auto open diff forces someone to learn harder techniques to compensate for the limitations LOL.
i know it’s is 2 years late but did you just balance the rev limiter in order to not shift up, or did you put it into the manual mode and just stay in 2-3rd gear? looking to try this cause i picked up an old e36.
Soooo good to see you fellas back 👍. Jacob did really well for his first go at drifting. Those VQ's sound so good, especially the white 350z. Is it just down to a exhaust change or other mods too? I'm gonna have to sort an exhaust for my Elgrand 😎. Really looking forward to more vids Conor 🙏
Heck yeah! Thanks bro! Yup, all about the exhaust. VQ's really dont need to be touched much. There isn't a ton you can really do to them without spending massive amounts of money but an exhaust and nice tune up will go a long way!
Thanks Russell! Love the Elgrand! Tim and I considered M35 Stagea NISMO mufflers because we could find them for a good price. Maybe they’ll work for the Elgrand?
@@jacobcirulis9324 Drifting looks so much fun! Yeah thanks, I've only had it for 2 weeks.. A fresh import and loving it so far. I'll be looking into a NISMO muffler now! 👍
G35 sedan drifts good auto, would is300? I've seen people drift them auto and pull the handbrake. Only thing im wondering is will it have enough power to hit the sidewall like the g35 does? And how did u mount the hydro on the auto and how does it work?
Can you guys explain & hit me up as to how did you guys install that handbrake on your automatic g35. I’m building one for the exact purpose as you guys. So far i’m in the right direction but i’ve seen no video of how to install those handbrakes on an automatic
Yo, we only got as far as mounting it, we couldn’t find the right adapter before we sold it. We made a bracket that bolted where the stock shifter bolts to, and ran lines to the ABS block, but never actually plumbed it. I think we were following a video or write up on how to do it on a 350Z
No, we never got that far into it. It’s not hooked up in the video you see here. Really just mocked up with a plate bolted around the shifter. Lines went to the ABS block.
What is the HP rating and what mods are done to it? I have a g35 auto sedan and about every bolt on possible. My next step is forced induction and or tune and NOS. Still gathering info
I know a tune in necessary no matter what in all actuality. I just meant FI or Nos, tune being with both. I like the idea of just going with NOS and having a map for daily then a map specifically for spraying. That way no extra wear except when I'm spraying

Haha yup it's definitely a lot more involved with an auto
Autos one thing but open diff for 5 years 💀 bruh
@@nathans1829 It's all about seat time and execution. If there's a will, there's a way LOL. You can check out some of the examples on my older videos.

I swear with the g35 everytime you take one out to do some skids they come back making new sounds lmfao
Hahaha trueeee
Found this out after my 3rd run lmao
Just paid 600 changing my wheel bearing assembly and axle because I pushed my car hard
Steering pump went out and started whining after some mad skids lmao
😂
😂😂u not lying
Those rev limiter 2nd bangs 🤣🤣 missed your content glad to see the posts again!

so good to see another vid!
Thanks homieee!
Good group of friends
Beautiful
The cars are cool and all…but I was looking forward to the mini bike review 😅
did you have to tamper with any of the traction fuses or stuff like that or did you just weld the differential
i would imagine they unplugged the fuses for traction and stability control
Is he running a welded diff or an LSD? Also what’s he using for a E-brake setup?
I was using a welded diff, no ebrake.
Tim how did you get the hydro brake on auto?
Jeeeeeeeeze that exhaust hangs lowwww
TOO low. I dailyed this car for a few weeks and I scraped everywhere, all the time

& he made it look so easy!
What is the cost of the motor? I have a vq30dd I don't know how to turn off all the stabilizations so that you can warm the rubber and drift.

What year was it ?
I think I currently have that g35 (black one)
Was the dif welded?
Yes, Conor posted a video of the day that we welded it also
@@jacobcirulis9324 cool, i just picced up a 03 v35 sedan. Im loving it so far. Thinkin bout welding my dif as well
Sure, I definitely recommend it if you ever plan to take it to a drift track. I can’t say it ever bothered me while dailying it, I never noticed it.

So does that g35 welded dif because doesn't look like it?
Yup it’s welded!
What happens if I pull the abs out on my auto fuga

How do get aftermarkets parts for the g35x sedan 05

Short Answer: Yes. Accurate? F*ck No
I have a stock g35 2004 sedan can I still drift it ?
I believe so
If it’s rwd I heard it’s easier to drift

You need a tune for FI
If you FBO already, Intake, exhuast, headers, go injectors, spark plugs, coils etc go with a tune before FI. Than take it for some rips and than fi
