Only thing I’ll add to the final answer is that Jesus promised His followed that if they are filled with His Spirit, they would do greater works than Him. You see some of that in the early church of the book of Acts and I believe we are at the junction where those who choose to suffer for Christ will walk in the same power. 🙌🏻🔥❤️
As a student of Buddhist philosophy, I embrace the idea that pain is inevitable, but suffering is a mental error (or, like 9/11, even a "failure of the imagination"). As a religion which aspires to spread, Buddhism is irrelevant to me. But I'm concerned when any dogma, including Woketerism is carefully egnighted to spread and claim that "everything would be OK if we just..." Upon an HIV diagnosis in the 80's, a retired, openly homosexual, ballet dancer was "encouraged" by his brother, a priest, to "just come back to the church, stop being homosexual, so that egerything would be OK." A short time before he died, alas, he learned that his brother was one of those paedophile priests, when the brother was sent to a "rehab camp" outside Washington DC. Hope (and progress) is, therefore, in cultivating and conserving a level-headed Liberal mentality with a solid ethical morality based on any religion, without the harm that religion, or any blind dogma tend to inflict, or its best kept secrets.
