Welcome to my UA-cam channel.
Today, I will be showing you how to deposit a cheque into an SBI cheque deposit machine. It’s actually a pretty simple process, so I hope it will help you navigate the process with ease. Let’s get started with the first step: determining which sbi machine to use.
The SBI cheque deposit machines are located at designated branches of the bank and are specially designed to process all types of cheques quickly and efficiently. If they are not visible when you enter the branch, make sure to check with the staff regarding the exact location. Once you’ve found the sbi cheque deposit machine, the second step is to insert your cheque into it. Keep in mind that the machines accept a variety of cheques including payable-on-demand, traveller’s cheques, crossed cheques etc. As you insert the cheque, the machine will scan it automatically and display the relevant information.
The next step is to enter the amount for deposit. Make sure that the amount you enter must exactly match the amount mentioned on the cheque. After you’re done entering the amount, press the “continue” button to confirm the deposit.The final step is to collect the receipt printed by the sbi automatic cheque deposit machine. The receipt contains all the details regarding your transaction including the amount, deposit location, date etc. Keep this receipt safely as it will be required to verify the cheque deposit.

As per my knowledge mostly CDM are placed inside bank so 24/7 not available
Sir I deposited cash on 23 jan 2024 and date on the cheque was 21 jan 2024
But I bymistake tapped on 22 jan 2024.
That is I wrote wrong date !
I have given my phone number and account number on back side of cheque.

Mumbai jaise branch mein ye halat hai rural mein kya hota hoga. Inke branch ke numbers band, toll numbers par koi proper solution nahi. (Mujhe aur 10 days ka time bataya)
Kal finally branch ko email kiya tab samne se bm ka call aya hai ye halat hai. Because ab mere pass verbal proof hai isliye call kiya!!
I have read most of your comments, sbi cheque deposit machine is useless and other private banks have there job loyality.
My motive to reply you that everyone should get aware that firstly sbi employee are not willing to work, so you don't rely on there machine. Stand in front of there counter and get your work done.
