Usko bolo jisne cheque diya hai agar reply na kare to advocate ko bol ke legal notice bhejo aur uska jawab na aaye to negotiable instrument act ki section 138 ke under uspe case hoga. Cheque sambhal ke rakhna aur agar jisne diya hai vo vapas mangle to mat dena, agar ye bole ki me dusra cheque dunga to yakeen mat karna cheque sambhal ke rakhna apne pas varna main evidence hi mit jayega usko de diya to.

Cheque bounce means ki:-
1) aapne cheque issue kiya but aapke A/C me utna balance nhi ho in that case cheque bounce ho jata hai
2) aapne cheque issue Kiya & agar cheque ka sign different ho then in that case cheque bounce ho jaata hai
Cheque bounce hone pe bank se kuch paise cut jata hai as bank charges

When someone issue a some particular cheque to the bank ane that time there is sufficient money into this cheque account in that moment of tme the particular cheque is called cheque bounce
