Court is the last resort for a common man and the first resort for a criminal.

Police ka kuch de do aur apna samay aur paisa bachao. What they if lower courts don't follow SC rules.Top Court never demotes such judges never suspends SHO.All they do is scold only.Court sucks more money n time . Very corrupt.

RK Patel sir aap ekdam sahi ho, mera service matter 9th May 1988 ka civil suit 108/88 Gondal Court trial Court, First Appellate Court aur Second Appellate Court (High Court) ka meri favour me consistent judgments Gujarat sarkar follow nahi karti 31 May 2016 ki retired hua ab tak regular pensionery benefit nahi mila hai judiciary ko action lene ki koi jaldi nahi kyonki sarkar ke khilaaf jita hun. Police janch ke record badal dete hai. High Court ke order ke baad bhi DSP kuchh nahi karte. Court bhi kuchh nahi karti ye experience hai.

Sir, isliye Supreme Court ke Advocate Ashwani Upadhyay Sir ji baar-baar appeal karte rahte hain ki Desh ka Law & Orders ko ab badalne ki bahut jarurat hai. Unka youtube mein video bhi aata rahta hai.
1. Ilaaka saaf rahe crime registered kam ho to wo thhana, ka images ke chalte un sab ka promotion bhi hota hai isliye bhi F I R jaldi nahin karta hai shayad.
2. Kanun itna lendy hai tabhi logon ka bharosa nahin aur kisi tarah adjust kar ke chalta hai.
3. Law & Orders bana to hai aam janta ke suvidha ke liye magar yahi uske liye maha seer dard bana hua hai. Fir ayse Law & Orders ka kya matlab rah jaata hai.
Sir giraftaar hote hi uska human rights bhi laagu ho jaata hai ki uske saath kisi tarah ka kuch na ho. Shayad ye bhi hota hoga. ?
Isliye Adv Ashwani Sir ki baat bahut sahi lagta hai. Bhale koi maane ya na maane. Aap ke tarah naarajgi aam janta mein bhi jaroor bahut hoga magala kuch kar bol nahin sakta ye bhi laachaari banaya hua hai, kis ke badaulat ye ek bahut bada sawaal hai. नारको, पॉलीग्राफी और ब्रेनमैपिंग को इंट्रोडूस किया जाये और प्रत्येक केस जिसमें आरोप लगाने वाला स्वयं के ऊपर ये टेस्ट करवाने को राजी हो, उसके आधार पर निर्णय किया जाये।

Sir you are correct to describe FIR, but reality is that one who bribed police officer, get success to file FIR on false information under stringent sections of IPC, and even by applying relevant sections of CR. PC, consequently innocent people required to remain police custody for no fault on his part.

Avoiding going to court is one option but is NOT the solution to poor legal system. Knowledgeable people like you should work for judicial reforms very intensively in the interest of people of this country.

Justice delayed is justice denied. इसी बात का फायदा सब लेते है।यह एक पब्लिक सेवा है लेकिन इसे लोग करियर या बिजनेस समझते हैं। ब्रिटिश ला अभी भी है।यह ला भारत के खिलाफ बनाया गया था।

सर आपकी बातों से मैं भी बहुत सहमत हूं। सौ मुजरिम छूट जाए एक भी बेगुनाह को सजा ना हो। यह स्लोगन उस समय ज्यूडिशरी को क्यों याद नहीं रहा जब 10 लाख लोगों को बिना किसी सबूत के महिलावादी कानून में अरेस्ट कर लिया गया और एक डेढ़ साल की सजा के बाद कह दिया गया है कि तुम बेगुनाह हो। जिन लोगों ने इस तरह के कानून इस देश में बनाए क्या उन लोगों को कठोर सजा नहीं होनी चाहिए?

5 crocres cases can be resolved by quick deliverence of justice. It does not need 300 years but just judicial and police reforms and will of the Government and Law minister Judges and courts. Now with the help of Artificial intelligence, data analysis, Action orientation, Verification of Claim , facts , evidences , Verification of evidences and Merits of the case.
Where there is a will there is always a way.

Rk पटेल जी 29:35 वीडियो में आपने कहा कि किसी भी फैसले पर कमेंट नही कर सकते क्योंकि ये contempnet of court होगी तो फिर हमे संविधान में बोलने की आजादी क्यों दी गई है एक बात दूसरी बात जब हम किसी फैसले से संतुष्ट नहीं होते तो हम लिखित में अपील करते हैं यानि उस फैसले की कमियां बताते हैं तो ये भी तो कंटेम्पनेट ऑफ court हुआ या नही ,पटेल साहब आपने यह भी कहा कि राष्ट्रपति भी फैसले के खिलाफ नही बोल सकता उस पर भी court of contmpent लगेगी तो फिर राष्ट्रपति को मान लो अगर सुप्रीम कोर्ट मौत की सजा देता है और राष्ट्रपति खुद अपनी सजा माफ कर लेता है इसका भी मतलब तो court of cotnemponet हुआ क्योंकि राष्ट्रपति ने कोर्ट को कुछ माना ही नही , भारत का कानून सबसे बेकार है
kyunki humari bolne ki aajadi hume samvidhan k article 19(1) se milti h aur usi article me aage likha h 19(2) ki state chahe to court k khilaf bolne wale ki bolne ki aajadi ko roka skta h.

NO!!! they say "we'll take you to court", because they believe that even if the person is innocent the harassment and expense he will have to deal with in court will more than the bullying he originally meant - from a person currently dealing with litigation from his neighbor in High Court
True. When it comes to IPR enforcement, its like filing to prove that a table is a table, a chair is a chair. And that is happening at a place with exploded population where the place does not have enough judges and staff to handle the cases.

One group of contractual people suspend by company saying we give all money in 1 week. After 6 months of waiting filing case in Labour court. 4 year running after all fact check and witness trial no hearing from last 1 year.All employee working around more than 20 years.
