I adore this homes details 💛 frosted glass for light, floating counter & the yellow window sills make me happy 😊
Yellow window reveals: CHECK!
Also love the floating kitchen -- it looks very sleek
Love the floating kitchen and those big drawers
walls without skirting looks more clean and sleek, but I doubt it generates any savings at all... The Finishing of the floor edges and lower wall becomes much more crucial and I presume will require much more work for a perfect result
Yes, and running the vacuum around a few times will crack and dent that nice crisp edge... same for the casings. They are there to accept the inevitable bumps and scrapes while leaving the walls pristine. Plus, where is the handrail for the stairs?
Great tips to expand a small space. Thanks!
love the look of this house , so modern
Ah! That stairs! Loved it! :)
please make the full episodes available online
Shadow gaps instead of skirting are waaaaay kore expensive because they require so much careful labour. They're beuatiful. But it's nonsense to say they're cheaper.
I love the stairs but I'm surprised they meet building regs without and hand rail to stop you falling off.
Does anyone know what support was used for the floating kitchen? Any recommendations are welcome.
He said in the video that they use metal bracket to hang it on wall. The floating kitchen also looks a bit smaller compared to normal kitchen.
The few floating kitchen I saw in real life tend to be enclaved between 3 walls rather than 1 like the one in this video.
Ikea and all modern kitchen cabinets hang from brackets in the wall. But the front still need feet for support if you really use it. Suspect this kitchen isnt really usable unless they reinforced it.
Love this one
is there any blind or curtains for the big window/sliding door opening up to the garden ? it would be good if there is any at least there's privacy.
Mirror with lots of fingerprints on one edge 😅
Nice
No skirting just makes it look unfinished to me. The walls look temporary. But I think a lot of my distaste for this home though is the furnishings. Hideous. It all looks temporary and unfinished
Hate skirting. Looks so old fashion.
These houses are closets
This looks like a kindergarden
Quagmire
An C LMFAO😅😃😂🤣
loss of space in the cabinet very poor use of space
The building are at an extreme angle. It's not a perfect square.
Nah
not a fan
Does bbc reporter even know what floating means wasted my time
This IS a floating cabinet in ID speak.
