Roast Pork and Gravy - Instant Pot
I hope you like this one pot pork roast and gravy recipe! I often use frozen meats which does not affect the cook time. If you prefer, you could brown the meat first. This can be done in the IP as well, using the saute function.
1 Pork butt or shoulder (mine was 4.5 lbs)
32 oz chicken broth
2 tsp hawaiian salt (or kosher, sea salt)
LOTS of garlic3
Corn starch (4 tbs?)
1-2 tbs Kitchen Bouquet
Splash of milk or cream
